I'm 38 and I'm still figuring it out. I know more now than I did when I was 25, that much is true. And I can honestly say I have absolutely no regrets. Growing up, all I knew for sure was that I wanted Allot of kids. I knew I wanted a big, loving family. My first marriage failed, however I don't regret it. I got 4 beautiful kids out of it and my ex really isn't all that bad of a guy. If it hadn't of been for that marriage and divorce, I wouldn't of met the love of my life. Most parents I talk to want their child to " fit in " .. I think it starts young. They want to be popular, parents want their child to be popular. My teenage daughter is an oddball .. she's 16 going on 40. She is more conservative than I am. I have never wanted her to be popular or to fit in. She doesn't care if she fits in .. she is in her own little world with her own friends .. and she's happy. I think it starts at childhood and the pressure to fit in .. sometimes starts with the parents. My kids look around and they honestly have nothing in common with today's teenagers ... and they are ha

We were at 6 flags yesterday ( my mother's idea ) .. anyway .. I'm sitting there waiting for the kids to come off the bumper cars. This little walks by me. She couldn't of been more than 9 years old. She had daisy duke shorts, a bikini top and a temporary tramp stamp on her lower back She was walking alone, not a parent in sight. I think there lies the issue ... Where are the parents ?

The easiest way I've found to get rid of fruit flies is to put about an inch of apple cider vinegar in a jar with some small holes poked in the lid. The flies go in, but they can't find their way out. Been doing it this way for years ... always works
