  1. I don't know how to post a link so I will post part of the story: ELIZABETH Edwards got the ultimate revenge before she died — by telling her cheating husband that she’ll never forgive him. And Elizabeth — who died earlier this month after losing her lengthy battle with cancer — told John Edwards that she made amendments to her will to cut him off from part of their $53 million fortune if he marries mistress Rielle Hunter. “When it finally dawned on him that the end was near for Elizabeth, John collapsed,” a source told American tabloid the National Enquirer. “He broke down more t
  2. Did she? I am not sure that is why I am asking. I read somewhere that one of the last things she told him was that she would never forgive him. Her changing the will 11 days before she died lets me know she didn't trust him for sure.
  3. Heck no you aren't crazy. I am hoping to win and I didn't get a sign...I am the one that's crazy.
  4. I was at Arbor Place today and noticed that they also have them at Belk. I have bought some from JCPenney and Kohls. I even ordered some from Keurig. When you register your coffee maker you get a big discount and you get points for ordering there also. I love the flavored coffee too. Gloria Jean's Butter Toffee and Green Mountain Coffee Caramel Vanilla Cream are two of my favorites. If you like STRONG coffee try Emerils Big Easy Bold. I thought I liked strong coffee but it is to strong for me. However, I have a BIG travel cup that I can fill up using one kcup of that and just running th
  5. Normally I don't make one, bt this year I am going to try to stop doing the thing that cause me the most stress in my life. That will actually mean a major life overhaul for me but I am going to try it.
  6. He handled it wrong but he was handling it with his emotions unchecked. When you have a child with disabilities it pulls on your heart but when someone mistreats that child it takes away all self-control. I may have done the same thing. I hope that I would have taken it up with school officials but knowing what I know I am not sure that would have.
  7. I think it is Doctors RX. My husband has lost 50 lbs with them. It is $59 a month that includes pills and everything.
  8. Anyone that knows me knows how I will answer but for those who don't know me... Harry Potter (all of them) I am the biggest HP Geek you will ever meet (over 40).There s really no telling how many times I have watched them or read the books for that matter. I also like the Lord of the Rings trilogy. When I'm in the mood for a funny movie I get out The Hangover. For a romantic comedy, 27 Dresses or The Ugly Truth. I really don't think it is a "man thing". If i like a movie I will watch it several times. I also have the HBO Miniseries Rome and I have watched it several times. Oh,
  9. I was born and raised in Kentucky and I have never heard of a Chupacabra....that's crazy. It looks like a possom with mange to me. I do think it stinks that the animal was just minding his own business when that guy decided to shoot him because he wasn't sure what it was.
  10. The first picture is my fur baby enjoying a walk with her cousins on Christmas Eve in Kentucky. The second picture is my mom's backyard on Christmas morning. Third is is my baby enjoying her first snow.
  11. My hubby got me a Pandora bracelet with our family birthstone charms on it, a Keurig coffee pot (that I am already in love with) and the Harry Potter Wii game. I got gift cards to Hobby Lobby from my family in Kentucky. I also got to spend 4 days visiting my family in Kentucky where we had 6 inches of beautiful snow. This was my puppies 1st snow so watching her go crazy in it was priceless!
  12. I am not defending the behavior just stating that the laws are not appropriate in this case. They should ALL be disciplined, no doubt about that. But they should not have to pay for this for the rest of their lives. Kids are much more brazen these days.
  13. They are not at home. Haven't you noticed thier boyfriends are wearing them? I absolutely hate boys wearing pants that are way too little (and skinny). They don't pull them up over their butts so it doesn't matter that they really belong to their girlfriends or little sisters, who are now pantless and wearing a sweater as a dress.
  14. I as definitely a child of the 70's and 80's and I remember what I did...but I would never have been bold enough to make out on a school bus or at school. Things were hidden a little then. Hormones are hormones and I think the laws need to be changed. It is not fair to the boys in this case or any other at their age.
  15. Martin's tenderloin and egg is my favorite too! You can't get that kind of tenderloin biscuit anywhere else but home.
  16. I am parent of two boys so I know how stupid they can be. I also work at a high school and I know that girls are much more aggressive than they used to be. Those tow ingredients make for a terrible decision that I don't think any of the kids should have to pay for for the rest of their lives.
  17. It never stops amazing me the nerve of the kids in our world today. In my time no one would have even thought about kissing, much less having sex, on a school bus. Having said that, I also don't think the boys should be charged with child molestation. I don't know why we pick and choose the "legal age" to suit the wants of society. The legal age is and has been for some time now 18 years old. I don't understand why it is 18 for some things and when a 15-17 year old commits a "crime" they are charged as adults. We spend all of our time telling these kids they are not grown ups and they nee
  18. I just got home from a short trip on Nebo and 61. It is starting to get very slick out there and we saw 3 cars that had slid off the road. Normally when they give us a school day off for snow I think it is unnecessary, however this is not snow it is icy and it is darn near invisible until you start to slide on it. I don't care where you come from driving on ice is dangerous so no one has to go into how "southern driver's" don't know how to drive in the winter weather. I was raised in winter weather and so was my family yet may father was killed on a road just like the ones we have tonight.
  19. Thanks for telling me that. I had thought about doing that.
  20. That is good to hear. I have read all the reviews and most of them are good. The only thing that makes me hesitate is the fact that I don't like my coffee weak and a few people complained about their coffee being weak when they are using the largest cup setting. I kinda thought that if I got a "bold" or "dark roast" blend that might keep it from being too weak. Will it fill a regular sized travel mug? I am looking at one exactly like yours.
  21. I am thinking about getting one. Where do you buy your k cups and what kind do you like? I like a semi-dark coffee because I use cream and I don't like my coffee to taste watered down. Also for the hubby and kids, how's the hot chocolate?
  22. I heard on one of the news shows last week, probably Nancy Grace, that the dental records didn't match but they were doing DNA testing anyway, so I didn't think it would be her. However there is no doubt in my mind that VanderSloot killed her. I do think he is stupid and had he acted alone in covering it up she would have already been found. I believe his father helped him get rid of the body, and being a judge I think he was responsible for keepin his son's arse out of jail. It didn't take long after daddy died for the idiot to kill again and we saw how stupid he really was is trying to g
  23. Matchbox 20/ Rob Thomas is my favorite
  24. About 8 weeks ago I started having some hip pain that felt like it was sometimes in my abdomen and sometimes on my butt cheek. It just hurt and it was hard to tell exactly where the pain was coming from. After a week or two began to radite down my leg. After an ER visit, a GP visit, an orthopaedic visit, physical therapy and an MRI I found out it was a herniated disc. 2 weeks ago I had a lumbar epidural, which is basically where they use and x-ray machine with an epidural needle to put steroids directly on the effected area in the spine. It has worked great! My only wish is that I had fou
