There is alot of that going on in the sand pit on weekends -- next to hwy 61 near the paulding/douglas line -- it is on the douglas side though. not sure of the legality though...

I agree, our monthly usage was showing significantly higher after they installed the digital meter (greystone). No other changes in the household from the past 2 years besides the weather differences (same appliances, same TVs, etc) -- every month now is a higher kilowatt usage than the same month in the previous years.
