4 Police Officers Killed in Washington State

This guy should have never been on the street. It is time for the legislators, politicians and judges to protect the citizens from these life long criminals. Forget 'rehabilitation' and lets get back to punishing. Serving 48 years for 5 felony convictions...additional conviction for burglary and theft where he was sentenced to 60 years as a 'habitual criminal'.....was still facing up to 95 years for armed robbery, theft and weapons charges. He served 11 years before Huckabee commuted it because his crimes were committed when he was a teenager. Released on parole and violated -
An adult should be able to freely marry whom ever they wish and have it recgonized by the government. If religious groups disagree then they can recgonize their definition of marriage inside the confines of the church.

The complaint form can be printed from the Marshal's web site and the ordinances are easy to view online. The entire process could be completed in 5 minutes. All that would be left it to drop the complaint off. The Marshal's Office requires a signed complaint for good reason. It shows the courts why they were there and it eliminates anyone using the county ordinances to harass someone.

I know a few people who checked up on someone they thought they could trust just out of curiosity and they discovered things were being hidden from them. Whats worse....one invading the others 'privacy' or the one holding out things which effect their relationship?

4 Police Officers Killed in Washington State
Ugadawgs98 replied to Superscoot52's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Tough times right now for law enforcement in Washington. Seattle PD had an officer murdered on Halloween while sitting in his cruiser. A car drove up beside his patrol car and started shooting. It was also a random attack where some looney was just looking to kill a cop. RIP officers....hopefully this criminal will be found quickly. -
Does anyone know anything about emergency custody

DFACS is going to place the child. They will normally use a willing family member if possible. They do not like to use foster parents unless their is no other option. DFACS would defiantly do an interview and check of the home before placing the child. -
GA State Law loophole permits teacher-student sex

Not true....16 is the age of consent unless it is an authority type situation where one cannot legally give consent. -
GA State Law loophole permits teacher-student sex
Ugadawgs98 replied to AustinPlantation's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Yes it does. The problem is the court ruled the stipulation of "consent of the victim is not a defense" only deals with section C since it is under subsection C. They claim the provision limits itself only to LE and healtcare which are addressed in subsection C and not the other persons in subsection B or D. They will have to make the stipulation its own subsection so it will apply to any prosecution under the law. -
DirecTV Satellite Receivers / Are they good for anything?
Ugadawgs98 replied to Nemie's topic in RECENT TOPICS
You might be able to sell them on Ebay depending on the model. I have DirecTV and I never rented a receiver. I have owned my Tivo and other receivers since my one year contract expired. -
I always love when people try to tell you how nice Pits and Rotti's are and how they get a bad rap. Those two breeds are responsible for over 70% of attacks and they probably make up 10% of the entire dog population. It is a problem....no way around it.

The 'Click it or Ticket' campaign kicked off last week for the holiday driving season. Many DUI and HEAT units in local jurisdictions are funded by the Governors Office of Highway Safety. You will see them combine forces with GSP to saturate problem areas.

In case I haven't mentioned it recently ... I HATE drunks
Ugadawgs98 replied to UnionMom's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Yes. You charge as a less safe driver unless you can prove BAC is over .08 or illegal drugs/controlled substances is the intoxicant. If either one is present it makes it a per se case. There are numerous situations which fall under the 'less safe' category. The most common are.... -If the BAC on alcohol intoxication alone is >0.05 but <0.08 -the chemical test is refused -alcohol <0.08 mixed with drugs. -intoxication by drugs -

Ugadawgs98 replied to UnionMom's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Actually that is a common misconception....the .08 per se standard only deals with the evidentiary value of the chemical test and the inference that can be made from it. If the per se standard is reached the jury can be instructed that they can infer intoxication from the test results alone. If it is below .08 that state must build their case strictly off the other facts. So just because you are under .08 does not automatically mean you are not an impaired driver. DUI cases in GA can be made on alcohol alone down to .05 and at any level if the alcohol is mixed with a drug that causes -
Doing a paper on unmarried parents- legalities of...

I would say he could still petition the court to legitimize the child and he could request full custody however the court would look at what is in the best interest of the child. -
Doing a paper on unmarried parents- legalities of...
Ugadawgs98 replied to rcrjmartin's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I have always found that amusing....a DNA test is all it takes to collect his money but he has to jump through more hoops just go get parental rights. It should be one and the same. If the courts want 'legitimization' then they should finish that process before they start taking the money from him. -
Never been disappointed.

It totally depends on what you want to do with the phone. If you are looking for more of a handheld computer which will handle files and function as an email client then the BB may be for you. However if those function do not interest you the Env touch may be what you are looking for. The phone has lots of great features. The internet works well and I love the option of touch screen or QWERTY keyboard. I use the camera and music player functions a good bit also. I had a BB before this and my needs changed. I picked up the Env touch and I am very happy. I does all I need now and I saved

Yes....if it is being led by a LE officer you must yield the right of way to the entire procession.

This county does not have the money to do many of the things Cobb can. -
Most Men Don't Wash with Soap in the Restroom

The funny thing is most people seem to thing the bathroom is the only place to get germs. I guarantee the shopping cart and the credit card pin pad have just as many germs as the bathroom. -
50 officers in an agency that size is really not that big of a deal.

You would have a better chance calling the school and letting them talk to the student/parent about the incident. I am sure there won't be that many M3's in the parking lot. Most of the time LE has their hands tied on things not witnessed by an officer.

Good luck proving it.
