I have been unable to find any of them that I want to vote for. I watched the debates the other day and it was simply a pissing contest about who was more moral. They asked the question about allowing Sunday alcohol sales and not one could simply say "I support it". One flat out said he would veto it even if passed by the legislature, the others talked in circles about how they do not drink, they love Jesus and how the Sabbath should remain holy. I just wanted to hear one of them say "I support freedom and I do not believe we should enforce the beliefs of one religion by the power of law."

DOT removes carcasses from the roadway....no the SO.

Could be hundreds of reason including the availability of victim's, witnesses, or attorneys. It could also be the defense needing more time to mount a defense such as having evidence tested, psychological evaluations, ect.

It is not illegal to park on a residential street as long as you do not create a road hazard or block a driveway. However, a large volume of vehicles lining the street in a single area does create a road hazard because two way traffic is forced head on into a single lane for an extended distance.

The reason they said that is because it is fairly common for a vehicle to be stolen by someone who lives nearby. Since the suspect could live close, like in your neighborhood, it is common for them to dump the vehicle in the area when they are done with it.

That is a very good article based on fact instead of emotion.

Several reasons...the two biggest are: -minorities commit a dispoportinate amount of crime, especially violent crime, when compared to their percentage of the population. -minorities are more likely to live in innner city or other high crime areas which have a larger police presence.

Which makes him susceptible to any violation of oath laws on top of his alleged crimes. It also opens him up to Federal title 18 prosecution on top of the state case. He will be held to a higher standard in the end.

I do not understand how anyone who kills a police officer could ever be eligible to be released back into society. It is not because the officers life is worth more than others, it is because of the position they hold for the people in our civilized society. The murder of an officer is more than just the murder of a person, it is also a crime against our way of life, our justice system and the values this nation was founded on.

They are having problems in Pensacola, the beach was closed for a couple of days. Some of the oil was supposed to hit PCB last week but a westerly wind pushed it away.

5-4: SUPREMES EXTEND GUN RIGHTS NATIONWIDE

I fully agree with the court on this one and have never understood how any local law banning firearms could be Constitutional. -
Yup...values shot up because lenders made it easy to buy a home. The qualifications were relaxed and they basically wiped out the need for a deposit. That increased the demand and we all know what happens when demand increases....prices rise. Now many of those who could not afford a house to begin with are losing them which is driving the prices right back down.

Everyone should have expected the market to readjust with all the lending crap that went on over the past 20 years to inflate the value of real estate. The bubble has burst and the prices will get back to a normal level. Unfortunately, many who bought during the peak are left holding the bag on a home that is worth less than they owe.

He got what he deserved...many years too late. All appeals should be wrapped up in 5 to 10 years.

He does not need a permit, or a reason to please his neighbors, to carry a gun on his own property. ...and PTSD does not mean crazy. I know plenty of good folks who have problems with what they witnessed in war, it is hell and I am thankful they were willing to go do a job most won't.

I cannot remember the last time a cashier physically touched my card during a transaction. I swipe the card and sign on the pin pad machine. -
The reality is the discriminatory practices, many enforced by the power of government, that the citizens of this country showed those they considered inferior to them is what created this situation. It will take time to fix it and truly make it history, a couple of generations is no where near long enough. All these black organizations that people go on about today as racist were created in a time when the law of the land forced them into existence. That solidified them as part of their heritage and does not automatically make them racist.

Looks great. Law Enforcement vehicles are exempted from state law for several reasons. One reason is the tint helps hide the weapons inside the vehicles from prying eyes. It also helps secure the identity of persons transported in the vehicles, especially victims and witnesses of crimes.

A 16 year old sails around the world ALONE?
Ugadawgs98 replied to dumbestgirlintheworld's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Sad...she is probably dead chasing a meaningless record. At 16, she does not have the proper sailing experience or the life experience to realize her lack of knowledge could result in paying the ultimate price. Kids think they are invincible, many learn they are not a little too late. -
I don't make it a habit to fish on private lakes without permission.

Good luck...the options are few and far between.
