It is certainly a "provocation" which is a affirmative defense to battery. -

Fine line....not all speech is protected especially that which is disorderly or abusive in nature. -
...and law enforcement wants to catch criminals. However, since crystal balls are not standard issue sometimes it takes time if there are no solid leads to give a starting point even with the most diligent investigations. Citizens can most certainly do something to help solve crime by simply being aware of their surroundings. Most people know if vehicles or persons are out of place. You may know that truck does not belong to your neighbor and that there are normally no vehicles there during the work day. The officer patrolling the area would have no way of knowing that even if the

It could be by patient request or if Clark's has no units available they will request mutual aid from the nearest service depending on the location of the call.

Not surprising....seems the majority of the time I visit any of the local fast food chicken places I leave disappointed.

Tornado? We do not have a storm in the area which is necessary to generate a tornado.

Hopefully they turn it over to the Sheriff's Office if it was not claimed at the end of the day.

Intersection Bill Carruth and Hiram-Sudie Rd?

That requires paying attention and personal responsibility, we don't do that anymore. We have to dumb things down because people are too busy eating, talking on the phone, disciplining the kids or just driving like idiots. -
Intersection Bill Carruth and Hiram-Sudie Rd?

Heavy traffic. Look at 92 @ 278...there is probably 6 wrecks a day in that intersection caused by nothing more than driver error. -
1. Chick-fil-a 2. Steak and Shake 3. Coldstone 4. DQ

As above....good luck. If they do not have insurance they most likely have no assets to go after in civil court for damages. Unfortunately the best option is to have good uninsured motorists coverage on your own policy. File on that and let your own insurance company decide if it is worth fighting the other driver for.

Suspect Sought for a Shooting Incident - Paulding County

Just because someone is shot in the head does not mean the shot entered the cranial cavity. -
I don't expect a turn arrow without a dedicated turning lane. The intersection is in Douglas County and I really don't see them being too concerned due to the location.

What do you think of Aimee Michael?

Tickets for killing 5 people? Not much justice in that. -

Had she remained on scene to take responsibility for her actions she would have faced much less potential punishment if she was not impaired or driving recklessly. Vehicular homicide is treated as a misdemeanor unless there are other aggravating factors such as hit and run, passing a school bus, DUI, fleeing law enforcement, or reckless driving. She did this to herself and I have have no compassion for her. Whatever happens to her will be much better than those what those 5 people she left dying on that roadway got out of the deal. She made no attempt to take responsiblity and went out -
Never heard of another government being provided with such detailed classified information on an upcoming trip. Normally even many of the security matters are cloaked in secrecy and only essential information is passed on from the security detail. I would vote the "top official of the Maharashtra Government" may not be credible.

Easter crash trial | Aimee Michael guilty of all counts
Ugadawgs98 replied to MillCreek's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Accident? No. This was a negligent act of recklessly weaving through traffic in such a manner that she collided with another vehicle. While there may be no specific intent to kill that does not mean she should not be held accountable since she killed because of her dangerous actions. To show the mindset you must also weigh the actions after the incident because it will show you consciousness of guilt. The fleeing and elaborate cover up scheme shows you just how concerned she was over those 5 people laying dead on that roadway at her hand. Hopefully she spends her best years in pr -

Paulding County HS is close along with Hiram HS. -
Ace failed me on 3 occasions because of high prices when I was comparison shopping. Many consumers research their purchases, they no longer blindly buy something and assume it is a good price.

Because many people play games with the bank to keep from giving back property they have not paid on in months. They park the vehicle at a friends, in parking lots or ensure it is in a locked garage to be out of the reach of the repo company. If he put the effort into tracking her to a public place then I would bet it has been a difficult target.

The county has nothing to do with the 92 project being stalled. Something has to be done to relieve congestion in that area as the roads are maxed out in peak times. Making a new county road to get some of the traffic off of Cedarcrest and 92 is a start.

Very hard to get after construction. I would hate to have one in the street by my house....constant noise every time a vehicle passes.
