LOL....I think some people could make excuses for murder. They want to place the blame somewhere else or find an excuse instead of realizing in the real world there are simply bad people who do bad things.

Even if the money went to help existing units it would not automatically be a bad thing. Many times on the weekend they end up in a divert status due to the sheer volume of patients. Trauma units get subsidized because they will never make money. There is simply too much overhead on keeping all the specalities available 24/7 just in case they are needed.

Yes it will cook fine...however do not assume you will scratch it. Mine is 3 years old and I use several different CI products a few times a week and do not have one scratch on it. If you are careful and don't abuse it you will be fine. As for cleaning baked on spills, you simply put the cleaner on and use a non abrasive scrub pad...wipes right off. Not the nightmare some are making it out to be.

No different than a police officer exercising free speech about race with no on the job proof of discrimination. He is a transit worker, a public employee, he must treat all the tax paying customers equally...even the Muslims. Showing religious hatred makes me question if he could do that.

There is....a code of ethics the employee is made aware of when taking the job. Also, his 'rights' such as provided by the 1st Amendment, only give him certain protections from government supression. It has nothing to do with other consequences such as those made by an employers policy. A great example that sticks out to me is a Nebraska Police Officer who was found to be a KKK member a couple of years back. He was fired with cause for policy violations even though this group has full 1st Amendment protection.

All the time, it is acutally pretty common and rightfully so. Sometimes being stupid comes with a price. He may have a "right" to do something but that does not mean others have to embrace it.

I does not and should not come into play since the act of threatening another person with violence is in itself illegal. I am sure if someone you have ongoing problems with sent you a Facebook message saying 'when I see you tomorrow I am going to blow your brains out' you would think it was more than 'thoughts laid out on a keyboard'.

You would not have weapon possession charges unless he physically had a gun on him at the time of arrest.

Some people are implying that LE is somehow being unjustly hard because the word 'felony' was mentioned. In the end LE has nothing to do with if he is tried as an adult. They simply charge the appropriate offense and forward it to the juvenile justice system. The juvenile judge weighs the severity of the charge, the past record of the offender, and other facts of the case which show may show increased accountability is needed. He should consider himself lucky....he could have easily been charged with aggravated assault given the danger he placed the owner in. If she was holding the dog then there was no immediate threat.

Heat.....with cast iron you can burn it down to the metal if you get it hot enough. I would put it on my grill and let it get really hot. That will burn it down to the metal, then all you would need to do is properly season it.
