Look at the intersection of Sorrento Rd. and S. Blue Angel Pkwy. Tons of housing and apts. in that area. S. Blue Angel Pkwy is one of the 2 main entrances for the base. With a Wal-Mart sitting right outside the entrance.

I've seen homes in $120k plus neighborhoods back when it was rockin and rolling, going for as little as 32k in the past 12 months here locally, and I'm not talking about trashed out need the copper replaced homes either. These are being snapped up very fast and turned into rentals. You know what kind of return you can get on a ~10 year old house for that little money in the renting market right now? You're looking at making your money back in less than 4 years if you have the hard cash now.

That's all fine and good, until somebodies butt is bumpin on the ground.

It annoys me to no end when my neighbors are on their property firing their weapons when they could be on my property letting me shoot with them. And yeah we had the cops come shut down our gun-club shooting on the property when a neighborhood a mile away kept calling the Sheriffs Dept on us. It seems on the 5th time they show up that day they really don't give a damn what the laws are, they just wanted our neighbors to quit calling them.

I don't know why but it reminds me of looking up domain names in years past, and searching with a registrar and finding that www.domainnameunique9999.com was never registered, go to register it 24 hours later and find out it was not only registered since I looked it up but the current owner is accepting bids already in the 10's of thousands of dollar range in which the registrar takes a percentage of the bid. Talk about collusion.

Could be something as minor (relatively) as the water pump or hoses going to such failing. Or could be major, as in the drive bearing/seal in the washer is on it's last, and pretty much requires you to factory disassemble the machine and then rebuild it with a part that's half as much as a new washer. Finally had to admit defeat on my 20+ year old Kenmore clothes washer and bite the bullet (bearing failure) and get a front loader, the newer upright units are water-saver nightmares and don't wash the clothes so much as get them wet and toss them about vigorously.

I've noticed issues when using several different streaming services back to back. May have something to do with how one site sets Adobe Flash and then going to another site that has different settings internally. What helps this the most is clearing out my browser cache (basically temp internet files), noticed once I do this the videos tend to stream a bit better, and not buffer as much.
