  1. I went by and closed it after picking through what I wanted, you're welcome.
  2. Need the rain but it kinda sucked when everyone's going 30mph down 278/120 and you get that one idiot who thinks they can drive in that shiz and they hydroplane and about wipe out several folks, more than once. Oh and the idiots driving around with no lights on, yeah WE CANT SEE YOU, so when you get cut off and about hit someone and you're gesticulating wildly flailing your arms all around in your car, it's YOUR FAULT.
  3. Hmm Jim, his spleen seems to be completely vented, now to tackle those tribbles. Check this out:
  4. :good: :good: :good: :good: That's the way to do it. And yes, as far as I know, Naked DSL, as it's referred to, unless you're on Uverse which is a whole other kettle, does cost a bit more through ATT.
  5. Have you thought about dragging it into the front yard with a big sign on poster board saying "FREE" ?
  6. Why does your post look so familiar to me? Hmmmm.. And while DVI can carry sound there is no support for such in current video cards, meaning current video cards/chips will use a driver that pushes sound interleaved through the HDMI signal, but they do not do such for DVI. DVI, Digital Video Interface HDMI, High Def Media Interface (media being the key meaning audio/video)
  7. If you like Marietta Diner, you'll LOVE Pasta Bella. Marietta Diner is more a "greasy spoon" type restaurant to me, I can't say one bad word about that place, other than they give you TOO MUCH FOOD. But I prefer to go to PB, and I'm not really into Italian food. But as of recently I also had their Dinner Special Ziti with prosciutto ham and such in it, and I thought I done did died and went to epicurean heaven, and I don't really like eating out all that much since I tend to make better at home. I'm interested in getting over to the Marietta Fish Market soon and seeing how they do it ther
  8. Speaking as a moderate, I have ZERO issues with taxing vices. As the article implied these dollars are currently being earned here and spent elsewhere to our chagrin. I'm not wanting dens of iniquity on every street corner, but we're losing money as a state to the other poorer states around us, and I'm not okay with that.
  9. Last time I went to Pasta Bella I had a Greek salad with Gyro Meat and Feta, along with a giant FRICKING slice of cheesecake. They had to roll me to the car, SRSLY, and I only ate half of everything. I know in the photo it looks like a plate of salad, but it's actually an entire PLATTER.
  10. I'd give them a call first to make sure so you don't waste the gas.
  11. Harbor Freight might have one? OR Possibly Radio Shack. Looking online it seems that many stores don't "carry" these on the shelves, some folks report making their own using an old phillips head and a dremel tool.
  12. I'd just buy him a flyswatter, that way the victim becomes the aggressor and.. yeah I don't have a clue where I'm going with that but it seems like sound advice.
  13. Almost always. But I'm going to recant my previous post.. I did some internet digging and discovered if the sign is original to the building and still is visible, you may indeed have it repainted/touched-up legally with the blessings of the Coca-Cola Co. historians. What I had been thinking of was a story where an old building had one originally and later on in the 70's the building was given a make-over that obliterated the sign, and the next owners discovering the building had originally a coke sign on it, paid to have a NEW vintage sign painted onto it and had to license it
  14. You should have told him that's your cantaloupe sling...
  15. Are you willing to pay the licensing fees to Coca-Cola Inc. for the rights to repaint the sign? Yup, you can't just go "touch it up" without someone at Coke getting paid these days. In the past Coke paid to have these signs painted all over the south, these days you have the pay them for the "RIGHT" to have the sign, old fading signs are grandfathered in as they are, new signs must be licensed and approved via corporate. ETA: Also not to mention before you touch it you need to have lead testing done on the paint, and if it does contain lead the entire sign would need to be removed
  16. And I'm SURE that if a CEO of a major corporation chose to live in Paulding they'd be acutely aware of the dining and entertainment choices available to them locally, or lack thereof.
  17. Story mentions: Hospital.. Interroll.. New Film Studio.. Bolded one is the main story.
  18. Wait.. is it gonna Snow? I better get to the KROGERS!!!!
  19. Yes it is possible, and fairly easy. You can read up on more here: http://www.dslreports.com/forum/comcast
  20. Shoot since it's on a Wednesday, I'd say Friday night or Saturday night, but never ever Sunday night.
  21. But when has politics and running for any office EVER been THAT simple? There's examples of mud-slinging going back in our nations history nearly 200 years now. Just like those who like to wield authority gravitate to positions of law enforcement, those who like to use positions of power for personal gain tend to gravitate towards politics. Since Georgia is primarily a one party state it all boils down to voting for the person with the least amount of Bullcheeze on their record, and who will do the least amount of damage to the folks they represent, while hopefully helping their co
  22. Well he seems to already dressed for the position. That kinda gives him a leg up on the competition.
  23. Ah that explains all the Christmas decorations appearing in the stores now? Ok not really appearing yet, but soon.. amirite?
