The tools will be fine, speaking as a man, if I was looking at a home and saw a garage full of tools setup in a working fashion it would inspire me. As long as you've gotten rid of the clutter, and make it clean, and you'll be fine. Same goes for carpet and paint, as long as everything is clean and open, folks will be more drawn to consider the home. As someone else said, putting flowers out on show days, and doing some nice smelling cooking, baking, or heating up potpourri will entice the ladies in most cases and make the house feel homey. Oh and by all means sit down and watch thos

I'll throw a few things out there and maybe answer some of the questions you have. If you are still living in and showing the house you need to have it as empty as possible. Now this don't mean throw everything in storage but what it does mean, like Riograce suggested, is to present the house in a fashion that inspires the buyers imaginations. One of the biggest no-no's is any clutter at all what-so-ever. It needs to be gone. Nothing on the kitchen counters except a microwave/coffee maker, NO photos in the house of family/friends, walls in rooms shouldn't be blank but no more than one item

Glad I could service you!!

I'll be hanging out in the Walmart on 120 this evening in the shoe section if there's any interested ladies. First come first served, or wait.. I said that backwards?

Yup mom got one of those "debt collection" letters today looking for Bill Carruth, insane campaign tactics, but for those who may not be Savvy I can see where it'd scare the excrement out of someone, especially in this economy.

Copyright laws have very little to do with protecting content creators these days and all to do with protecting a hundred billion dollar a year industry not built on content but on the slow tiered release and roll out of content to maximize profits. Then using said content licensing to re-generate profits for as long as the content is viable before throwing it into the dollar bins at Walmart. Something I've seen emerging more and more lately in piracy circles is independent content creators giving away their creations for free along with links to paysites, in hopes that if folks like it,

Boxers ain't never been known to be the brightest bulb on the xmas tree. Something to consider is that outside the ring there's not a huge income for these guys on a regular basis, even with promotional deals and endorsements these guys go from being rich one day to poor the next after a fight that doesn't come very regular for their sporting profession.

My belief has become that when our planets population starts to reach critical mass.. the first that need to be weeded out to ensure a better future should be the lazy and stupid. There's no pretty solution to anything in this world, but excising those out of the role of deciding our government would be a start.
-
FWIW the Heinlein novel Starship Troopers had a damn good premise with the only those who served in the military would be allowed to vote and serve in government. This service wasn't compulsory but it would serve to weed out those who are responsible enough to have a stake in our future vs. those who will never care or benefit our society.

Really it's just a sign of the carebear society we live in and the fact that you can't remind someone that their excrement does indeed stink without getting civil liberty groups in an uproar. The day they started writing laws deciding how you can parent your child unless you might offend someone else who has no stake in your childs future.. yeah..

That's the standard but does require a network setup at the working location and a hefty investment to get it rolled out. Something like Google Apps may offer the same functionality if you're just wanting to use a shared calender system online and you can sync up each PC/Device without needing an enterprise network solution.

I'd blame rock and roll.. and dancing.. can't let young folks be dancing all the time..

There was also a bit of shenanigans going on with some land N. of the perimeter involving some state and local to the area politicans and money set aside to buy land, you know the typical BS and it caused a bit of a sore spot with the state because they got called out on low balling and condeming farms in the ARC pathway, then relatives of certain high folks were buying those properties and getting top dollar. AJC membership prolly required to pull up these late 90's stories.

Bumping this up because I think it really looks good.

Have one here installed. was in the house when i got here. it's a godsend for spring/fall and as others noted, cook something stinky or if you're frying in the kitchen.. you'll use it immediately to clear out the house, no funky lingering odors. Only bad thing I can say about them, is the wind can blow heat down in the summer and cold in the winter, I still haven't found a workable solution than covering it up with plastic for a few months in the extreme seasons.

The day you can understand depression the entire medical community will beat a path to your door and we'll erect statues in your likeness. It's vicious and unique to each person.
