My son has played soccer since u-6 we are now playing u-12. We play at Villa Rica and the cost for two uniforms and socks is $65.00 for a season. We used Kaiser for a while and liked it. The service was really good and the care was good. The only draw back to it was you had to drive a great distance to their doctors. When we had it the closest was all the way down off Paces Ferry, now they have a couple of offices over by Cobb hospital and one off Marietta hwy at Barrett Pkwy. The real good thing about their offices is they offer everything there, just as a er would. They really do everything to keep you from going to an er, unless it is that bad of course. Go to Sams used appliances beside Dixie Cleaners on West Memorial Dr. I have bought a washer and a dryer from him over the years. The washer is still working and the dryer I bought from him a last November. The belt broke on it a week ago, my wife called him to see about getting it fixed he said when did you buy it? I could understand if the girls had purchased their beer from the stadium or from a vendor of this event. But beings they brought the alcohol from outside....how would security know the girls were under 21 or if they was even drinking? I have been to many tailgates and never once have had security card me. I understand the bar situation that is a business but it is the same as having a sign in a parking lot saying you park here you are responsible for your property and your vehicle. Hobby lobby is going in at least half of the store once it is closed. They have their permits and are waiting on the store presently there to get out.

Number one difference in the deals you reference and the airport.......Private company. When a private company does a deal they can do it however they wish to make that deal. When our elected officials make a deal of this magnitude it should have some public input. Or at least allow the surrounding area to be aware of what is going on. That should be their number one priority in being elected....to look out for the voters and the ones that put them into office.

I will say I have met with LPPT several times, and she is about growing the industry here in this county. As we all are, not just small wage jobs but something to grow with. I am a small business person here as well and hope that the airport makes a go of it. But as I have said many times for this airport to make it and get the approval of the citizens there is going to have to be openness,fairness and the commissioners are going to have to build some trust with the people. No it was not this board that did this to us, but we elected these commissioners on face value that things would be done

I don't know about your road, but I know that the majority of Paulding County voted down this airport several times. But they built the thing anyways. I know my family pays a fine amount of taxes for property sitting at the end of the runway that we can not use and has lost a butt load of value. Now with this news we will be locked out even more from our property, but still receive a tax bill for it every year. So for Mr. Swafford to say in his arrogant way a few are againest this. My mom works for Piedmont doing medical coding and my aunt is very high up in Wellstars Compliance department over there medical coding, my mom told me last night it will be available for them January of 2014 then open to the public a little later. She says the only bad thing is where with your insurance now you have copays with this you will not you will have coinsurance. My parents have a place in Spring Creek just up the road from there. The closest walmart is in Crawfordville about 45 min. away. There is like a big top grocery store in Panacea. I love the Spring Creek restaraunt you can google it. They have a website. Also there is several seafood places on hwy 98 both directions toward Panacea and toward St. George Island. The key to nursing facilities is to be there, visit often and do unexpected visits. Don't go at the same time everyday mix it up. So they never can predict when you will be there. Yes there was a death in the jail on Saturday morning, it was a very close friend of mines nephew. Very sad situation so please just say a lot of prayers for this family. They just recently in early January buried their father/grandfather and now this.

Paulding County Government has a nepotism rule that two family members can't work for the same department. I know cause my daddy is the Colonial with the Sheriffs office and when I was a police officer, I could not go to work at the sheriffs office because he worked there and would have been my boss. Now they can work in different departments for the county if they wish.

I am sorry I didn't know about the event at the airport last year, or I would have questioned it as well! Sorry I don't think putting the Public Safety Event or any other free event that the county does on the same playing field as this airshow is equal. I don't think no where near the same amount of money that was put into this airshow was put into the Public safety event. I don't recall seeing signs up and down 278 for it, or newly created signs by the dot either. I am sorry I didn't know that the airshow was so over whelmingly done by volunteers, I think many of the county citizens tha
