They would not hear the truth!! And just for your information I don't work for Jeff Eberhart!! I do support him though!!

First if you think for one minute that anyone is going to get rich being a deputy coroner please think again!! It is not about a job with anyone as deputy coroner, I could careless!!! See here is the deal so you folks who know so much can know why I would not vote for this man. I worked for Sam in 1999 for three weeks and never got a pay check from him, so I quit!! In 2003 Sam and I agreed I would come back to work for him and also serve as one of his Deputy Coroners, I worked for him for about three months I did get paid from the Funeral home but never got paid for transporting the coroner's

Well I guess that is why Sam is upset with David Austin that he did not get his Million Dollars because he won't turn over his tax records and show where he has paid his back taxes!! You folks on here are to funny you scream over one candidate not paying taxes and not running a business correctly but then you defend another to the hills!! I don't get it, what makes him so much different from the others? I can understand Mr. Carruth's situation because of the down turn in the economy in the building industry. But this one I just cant understand it....or maybe I do it's called not knowing how to

You know I have seen a lot of the same ones that are supporting Sam for this race in other threads screaming over Paulette and others that owe back taxes and such! What makes Sam not paying his employees taxes and not able to keep his business out of trouble so different than anyone else? Seems to me double standard if you are going to scream over others not to beable to run for a office over back taxes and stuff why not him? His employees went days and weeks without paychecks because of mishandling of money and business. But that is ok because it is Sam....right!! I think before you start scr

Number one he was not asked about his views he was asked about his company giving money to anti gay marriage foundations, to which he anwsered "guilty as charged". The same way as home depot supports the gays and their movement, and other big companys Disney and others as well support gays. Does that mean that us that disagree with their stance as a company don't support them? That is the free well of America now if you believe as Obama does that Mr. Marcus and others didn't build those companys then maybe you have a leg to stand on, but for me I do believe that if a man puts years and years a -

Probate court opens at 8:00 AM and closes from 12:00 noon to 1:00 PM for lunch. Since the State went to the computer system a few years ago if you where born in Georgia it is available at any countys office. Some Countys it is in the Probate courts office some countys have a vital records office. Pauldings is in the Probate Court. Just so you know the States computer system was down all last week and is still very slow this week. Our servers are in Maryland where the storms hit so it is slow getting them back to normal.

Yes one of the debates was a few days after his car accident, I do know that and understand him not attending that one. But all the other debates that he would not agree to and the ones holding it would not allow Mr. Wellham nor myself to put forth our plans. There was several debates held to which none of them had this office in because he would not agree to them.

so who went to the BBQ fundraiser at Bentwater country club?
noahsdad replied to Lady Raider's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Well I do believe you are on a witch hunt...because I saw one photo of Paulette with Gov. Deal. I saw several with Rep. Maxwell and many other great people from Paulding County!! The BBQ fundraiser was for Gov. Deal and Rep. Heath and usually when you are going to have that many higher elected officials everyone will show just to be seen. -
There is many concerns with this office that I have that I feel is conflicts!! My comments on here no way represent Jeff Eberhart, they are from me Jeremy Hicks. If at anytime you have questions or concerns with my comments please contact me. Thanks to all the friends and family that has and continues to support us in this effort. I do believe my time on this page has come to say good bye!! I know in the last election I tried many times to debate Mr. Clark on several occassions and he would not show for a debate. So how can you get people to understand their is a problem when you can't get the

No there is several transport companies in this county waiting for this issue to be placed out for bid to get you the tax payer the best price! The same way as the ambulance service should be put out for bids and so on. If not there is enough money in the coroners budget to purchase a small van to transport in by the coroner or his deputies. Not taking a ambulance off the roads where they are needed.
-
He gets money from the county to help with his ambulance service and he gets his gas from the county pumps. Then he get paid by the tax payers again to do the coroners calls which most are done by his deputy coroners. Then he charges the county again if the deceased has to be taken to the GBI crime lab in Atlanta he charges the county $450.00 dollars to transport them. So you the tax payer is paying all around. He will not bid out the transport because hey who would when you are making that kind of money. That is why it is up to the rest of us to push this issue. To your other comment that at

I only work for Bensons I started with Jeff years ago when I was fifteen. I worked for him for many years until he sold his business in 2000. And no you don't have to be a funeral director to run for coroner, but you need to have some standards and knowledge of the death industry to grasp the details. Just so know one misunderstands me... I have nothing againest Sam himself, just the way the office is being ran and done! When you have someone who is getting tax payer money for a ambulance service, then turning around and charging the county again $450.00 dollars to transport the deceased to th

They are logging most of all the WMA, timber prices are up high right now and they are having them cut.

The land at North Paulding was sold by the Hollingsheds, Mr. Guy Hollingshed's family. My great great grandfather Willy Sleigh owned most of the land in that area and it was passed down through the years to the children. My great great grandfather had a pottery business in that area as well years ago!!

Well there is two evils here, and I don't think the general public understands how a business works! And yes you have to run government just the same as a business would run, if you have no money you have to figure ways to off set cost. Unfortunatly insurance premiums are through the roof all around, I work for a small firm and believe me I pay out the rump for insurance for me and my family it is not cheap at all!! I would love to have someone to blame it on but the truth is you have to pay it or not have it at all, so what do you do? Either the board has to figure out ways to balance th

I hate to hear about Hubert, him and Naomi have been salt to this community!! They have started so many endowment funds for so many cemeteries in this county!! I truly enjoyed reading his articles and writings, he will be missed by many!! Having many family members buried at Hunt cemetery myself he would work so hard to ensure that the grounds was maintained for many generations to come!! Rest In Peace Mr. Holland.
