  1. And HUGE KUDOS to the judge for doing the right thing: Life without parole on both counts!
  2. Set the the timer AND charge them a dollar for every minute over They Choose to go.
  3. I'm glad we skipped children all together. There's a book entitled Parenting Isn't For Cowards. Mr. C'Mare and I freely admitted we were cowards, so chose to be the cool aunt & uncle instead.
  4. I board my horses next to Mr. Winn's farm and know that he is a man of character & integrity, who takes pride in Doing It Right. That's certainly evident in your lovely new kitchen.
  5. Another ditto for Dave Ramsay's program "Financial Peace University." Sign 'em up as a gift.
  6. Kristi Dale at Royal Pet... the only one I'd use.
  7. Just a restaurant. BUT oh what a restaurant! Mmmmmmmm - Love their fried combo platter.
  8. It's worth the drive to Harry's in Marietta. Bring a cooler with you and have 'em pack it in enough ice. I don't buy fish from anywhere but Harry's, ever.
  9. I'm gonna probably join with xTreme fitness on Hiram-Sudie. It's small, so no big bar-bell boys in there to ogle me. Cheap too
  10. Trim the fat from the chops and render it down in a dutch oven. Remove when crispy and discard. Add a small chopped onion to the drippings and sautee' until just soft. Salt & Pepper the chops. Brown chops in the onion on both sides. Turn down the heat. Drain 1 bag of Flanagan's Sauerkraut (without caraway seeds) and add over the chops. Cover and cook on low for 20 minutes (depending on how thick the chops are), turning once. YUM! (You can add in a small chopped apple to the kraut mix too)
  11. Tell your friend, it's worth it to hire Clint Small and his horses/carriage for a nice ride! http://www.yellowrosegeorgia.com/ I used to drive for Clint and can vouch for his professionalism and well-trained horses.
  12. Just go ahead with your most recent and if there is a "comments" section, you can add: Not currently employed, so am available now
  13. What a blessing! I've never been scammed or screwed from CL ads I've responded to. I am cautious, tho, and take someone with me or meet in a VERY public place in the daylight.
  14. Hot bath soaking in epsom salts. Tylenol Time Alas, no quick cure.
  15. Oh I love to hear them go over and see them soaring so high in the sky. LOL - the geese at the farm where I board my horses like them too. A big flock went over Saturday and the geese were running around, wings open, honking like crazy!
  16. Love my Kindle: currently reading How To Have a New Husband By Friday by Dr. Kevin Leman.
  17. I've searched all the "secret restaurant recipe" sites for you... nothing on the taters.
  18. Pandora. All the stuff I want, nothing I don't
  19. No drive thru---- they are in the middle of a strip, so no outside wall access.
  20. Here's the post: Bring Megan Montgomery Home It is true. They did find Megan's car abandoned in Cincinnati Ohio. Her oarents are on their way to Ohio now. I will update as soon as I have more information.
  21. I wouldn't want to be within 500 yards of that man when the Lord deals with him. As to how could his congregation just follow him. It's simple: They don't know God's Word. They just take in what's shoveled to them, with no personal study on their own. For if they did, they'd run from that church so fast, we'd feel the breeze in Paulding.
  22. Save your money.... garbage. Do some Google searching and you'll find what I did.
  23. Popped in there tonight. GREAT burger, AWESOME AWESOME fries (wow, all cooked crisp!!) and fab onion rings (try 'em with the honey mustard). Reasonably priced, fresh toppings and perfect bun..... sooooo soft! We'll probably go back Saturday evening!
  24. Lindsey Lake on Pine Shadows Road has $1 fishing. Lovely place. So from 61-South, turn right onto Lindsey Lake Road. Turn left onto Pine Shadows.
