To help it dissolve before passing: Eat 1 pound of steamed, fresh asparagus (natural diurectic) Immediately after eating the asparagus, consume an entire 2-liter Coca Cola (regular Coke, not diet, not Pepsi, etc.) The acid in the Coke dissolves the stone and the asparagus will have him peeing like a race horse.

Can't answer your question but, I'm like you: I hate dentists and avoid going as much as possible. Eeeeeeeh. So, that being said, the only local one I like/trust and will go see is Dr. Vu at Hiram Dentistry. Nice lady, gentle and understanding about "us kinda patients."

For The Day -- Wear comfie shoes. You have so much to focus on, the last thing you want is aching feet. I did cheap/simple white canvas sneakers: I removed the laces and subsituted pretty lace. I hot glued irridescent sequins on the seams and pretty fake tear-drop pearls in a fleur-de-lis pattern at the toe. This may sound a bit crass but: IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBT... no matter how small... don't go through with it. I cannot tell you how many friends we've seen get divorced that, when asked aftewards, admitted to having doubts even standing in front of the preacher. They KNEW they sho

HA! Any good lawyer can find a loophole in that Code and next thing you know, you've lost everything. The premiums on liability insurance are outrageous. It's why I don't teach lessons anymore. Couldn't risk it, even with having the rider sign a Release of Liability. Sad, but true.

Just reiterate this lesson to your 9 y/o: "You are not responsible for anyone else's behavior... ONLY your own and your behavior choice to squirt the other kid was wrong. Yes, you will be apologizing."

Ah yes... mine is nearly the same: "It's the THIN ONE ON THE RIGHT"!

The high, swirling winds picked up again. Way too dangerous to launch, so it was aborted.

I always say , "You're allowed to talk to yourself.... totally permitted. -- BUT!!! If you start arguing with yourself and lose, that's when the little men in the white coats come and put you in a soft room to play Tiddly-Winks."

Not going when light turns green: "What are you waiting for?! Christmas?!?!" -- or -- "Are you waiting for a written invitation?!" Turning a corner at turtle-speed: "Careful! Don't flip it!" And to general idiots, doing general/idiotic things: "What a maroon!" (a la Bugs Bunny)

Agree with Starr & Dru... when done in the heat of the angry moment and when done using an appliance of choice, it can easily slide down that slope into abuse. Yes, I was spanked as a child and with a belt (it was what my father learned as a boy and did as an adult). Most of the time I truly deserved it, being the strong-willed, stubborn wee girl I was. ONCE it went too far because my dad did it in that heat-of-the-angry-moment zone. It was 4 years later that, after watching one of the first Turn Your Heart Towards Home films by Dr. James Dobson (yes, I'm dating myself), that my

Please, please don't use poison. If an owl or other raptor takes the poisoned rat before it's dead, then the bird dies too. T-Rex traps, properly baited, are what the pros use.

7 Things Christians Need to Remember About Politics
ChocoMare replied to LPPT's topic in RECENT TOPICS
NOTE: In the article I posted, "aboortzion" is clearly spelled correctly. I copied/pasted it exactly as found in the link. Now I have tried to edit my post FOUR times to correct the spelling. Each and every time I do so, it doesn't take the correction and leaves the misspelled version. Is this P.COM censoring? EDITED TO ADD: Yup, must be. Cuz P.com did it again -- automatically changed the spelling again in this post! -

And in a similiar vein: http://www.ligonier....les-for-voting/ Principles for Voting - by R.C. Sproul In Acts 14, Luke sets forth for us the events that took place on Paul's first missionary journey, a journey on which Barnabas accompanied him. We've seen this pattern emerge over and over again. The apostles would come into the synagogue or the public square known as the agora. They would proclaim the gospel openly. And there would always be some people who responded in faith by the power of the Holy Ghost while others in attendance would stand up in outright hostility and oppose t -

77 Year Old Woman Needing To Get To A Bathroom

The woman failed to comply. He followed protocol. It's not a hard concept... you do what you're told and then explain. I'm sure he would have let her off with a warning if she had simply complied with his request.
