UVerse switched it so all the tv's can pause and rewind live TV. It used to be only the main DVR one (also in my living room) could do that. But now any tv in your house as long as it has the little box, can act as a dvr. So I'm thinking they all use about the same amount of power. Which sucks because I have a total of 6 plus the big ol' grand master super Poobah modem hootenanny which is set up in the office. I'm going to turn off/unplug a few and see what happens next month on my bill. I'm too curious now not to.

You have more than one box per tv with UVerse? I have UVerse but I only have one on each tv. I'm thinking about switching off (by using the surge protector switch)the other four that I don't use very often. I wonder if all them take as much power. Hmmmmmmm. I'd NEVER purchase drugs online that are supposedly cheaper. There is no regulation and you have no idea what you are ingesting. Call around to different U.S. pharmacies. Each one is different, check Sam's too. Also, does your Primary doc give you free samples? Mine does, so I don't have to pay anything at the pharmacy. There are ways to save money that are SAFE. I'm sure someone here will tell you buying drugs from Mexico or Canada is safe. That's fine. But there is NO WAY I'd take it.

I made a juice drink that consisted of five carrots, one sweet potato, one orange, and a bunch of fresh parsley. Believe it or not, it was EXCELLENT! Glad I don't have to cook for anyone rght now I LOVE my Breville juicer!

I grew up outside of Chicago. It's impossible to re-create Chicago style hotdogs, Italian Beef, and stuffed pizza. I've had some places that are okay, but NOTHING like a beef and dog from Portillo's. Since I moved from San Diego, I have been on the hunt for a good Carne asada burrito or rolled tacos. It's impossible to find something better than a carne asada burrito and horchata from one of the hundreds of 24 hour taco shops. And it is IMPOSSIBLE to find good tea anywhere other than down South. The best I could find last time I went back to IL was from McD's.

This all started because of an officer involved shooting. That seems to happen every night in Atlanta.

My doctor told me that the sublingual was the best way, instead of the shots. But you are right, there are some people who do not absorb Vitamin B through eating or taking pills. For example, people with disease of the Terminal ileum (where B is absorbed) are usually vit B deficient and need to supplement.

Instead of shots, I take a sublingual (under the tongue) B12. Works great. I also juice a lot of fruits and veggies which has really made a difference in energy levels.

I felt my stomach on my throat this morning when I first read the headline. Then I felt guilty for being relieved that my husband wasn't on the helo. My thoughts are with the families of the 31 troops and the 7 Afghans. Such a horrendous loss of life.

The American Dream is whatever you want it to be. That's the best part of being an American...the sky is the limit! I can't help but wonder, do German's have the "German Dream" or do Aussie's have the "Australian Dream". Are we that ethnocentric to think that we are the only nation to have dreams and aspirations?

THIS explains why my husband's internet (which is run by satellite) in Afghanistan keeps going out. It was worse than normal trying to talk to him via Skype tonight. We always joke saying "it's the sun spots" guess we weren't far off this time.

My husband and I would be fine. But we would have a VERY full house since we would open its doors to family and friends who need a place to live.

Those were some of my favorite movies, and Hightower was the best!

Surprisingly, it was the Eppraisal.com that came in lower, although still well over what we paid. But I can see how wildly different these sites are and how it could create some panic attacks. I wouldn't put too much thought into them for sure.
