Hash Brown Casserole Ingredients 2 lbs frozen southern style hash browns 1/2 cup margarine or butter, melted 1 (10 1/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup 1 pint sour cream 1/2 cup onion, peeled and chopped 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper Directions 1Preheat oven to 350°F and spray an 11 x 14 baking dish with cooking spray. 2Mix the above ingredients together, place in prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes or until brown on top.

Banning Mills is a beautiful place! I've been there and done the zip line tour! It was alot of fun. I will say that the way this zip line is designed is a bit different than some I have seen on tv etc.. You have to put one hand on top of the clip thing that is attatched to the cable that you zip down. Somehow while speeding down my arm brushed up against the cable and got a nasty burn about the size of a half dollar that went to the bone! They were sooo nice and had a nurse there to help with first aid and they didn't charge me for the full trip! I will zip line again but only one that you jus
