  13. Another one? I was on scene on one that happened a few weeks ago on the 61 end of hiram sudie. Someone driving a white van hit the worker and the small back hoe someone else was operating. The water worker-I believe his name was Alex-was life flighted out. I heard-though I do not know it to be true- that the driver of the van was under the influence and fled the hospital before the officers could get there. It was awful.
