  4. We are having Peanut Chicken with jasmine rice tonight. Here is an easy recipe that is really good! Creamy Chicken enchiladas 3 COOKED CHICKEN BREAST CHOPPED 1 PACKAGE OF CREAM CHEESE 1 PACK OF SHREDDED MEXICAN CHEESE 1 CUP OF WHIPPING CREAM 1 SMALL CAN OF CHOPPED GREEN CHILES 1 SMALL CHOPPED ONION 2 TABLESPOoNS OF BUTTER SAUTE ONION WITH BUTTER FOR 3 MIN. THEN ADD CHILES AND SAUTE FOR 2 MORE MINUTES. ADD CHOPPED COOKED CHICKEN AND CREAM CHEESE AND SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE. COOK UNTIL ALL CHEESE IS MELTED. Then put in flour tortillas and wrap.   10. We have been going there for years, it is my favorite restaurant! When I first heard about it from a friend my gut reaction was really Villa Rica and the food is amazing??!!... I love it so much that my wonderful husband got me a cooking class with Gabe and I am beyond thrilled!!

  21. I just use the recipe on the box of Chex cereal. Do you use chex mix or cereal? I have only used the cereal to make mine.
  22. I love this time of year! This year will be bittersweet though. I lost a grandmother in July and then my other one in October. Will be our first Thanksgiving & Christmas without them
