I'm to the point that when I go out on Black Friday, my first priority is what is on my list. Once I've gotten what's on the list, I go back to shop for other stuff. I'm usually done by early afternoon.

On Ridge Road, coming from 92, it's just before you get to Ridge Rd. Baptist Church and the ballpark and is on the right side of the road in the same place that Maran's used to be (and several versions of a country store before that).

I'm currently at the bottom of the list -- saving the best for last, of course!! ETA: I actually just notice something that makes me think that the list is wrong -- I'm now ahead of LPPT. Seriouly, how could I possibly most more than LPPT - I've always thought that woman was posting in her sleep!!

YUM!!! I'm not sure what time I'll be by, but I will definitely see you sometime tomorrow!! I'm also texting some of my neighbors to let them know that you're opening tomorrow so hopefully you will see them too.

With or without the airport, I would think that Paulding County would be a hard sell for a major industry to move here. We're too far off of the interstates - most industries want to be as close as they can to a major interstate so they can keep things moving. With the new hospital being built, we should see some additional jobs created from it (and any additional doctor's offices that choose to create an office here to be close to the hospital). Georgia Power has already built power plants in other areas in West and Northwest Georgia so that's not an option. Aside from that, what do we ha

When you're fat (like me), you don't need botox - the fat fills in the wrinkle lines!! (Yes, I just admitted that!!) -

I hope Cindy is either pregnant or a very small child. If not, you're probably in big trouble!! -
Hubby likes it, but I find it a little odd.

Oh yes, I'm already checking out the ads so I can plan my journey. Ideally, I want to be at Tanger Outlet in Locust Grove at midnight and then move on to Kohls, Old Navy, the mall, and then Target, Wal-Mart, etc. I'm usually out for most of the day, but I get most of my holiday shopping done that day.

The Electrolux front loading washer/dryer combo that washes and dries a load of laundry in like 32 minutes. Oh yeah, and world peace.

A mammogram -- I personally think all men should have to endure these just once....

See if there is a little green arrow pointing outward - click on that and see if that works.

I don't have an issue with parents disciplining their kids in public. Although I did have a big issue with a woman I saw in Kroger about a year ago who repeatedly and loudly told her crying toddler that she was "embarassing the h*@! out of her."

If have a choice, I highly recommend Dr. Reyes at Marietta Pulmonary Associates (he works out of the Marietta office and the Hiram office). He's the doctor I was referred to for my pneumonia - looked at my x-rays with me and spent a lot of time explaining things and answering questions.

Could have been - but there would have been an appropriate cash tip with it if it were me!!

The family and I often go out to eat after church on Sunday. My standards for service on Sunday are no higher/lower than they are on any other day or night. My tips are a reflection of the service I receive. And, if I do leave a little reading material in addition to the tip, the server should feel free to read it, toss it or pass it on - it's their choice (and some do appreciate a little inspiration reading material, especially when they have to work on Sunday and don't get to attend church).

I will gladly confess to being a bad tipper when it is justified -- the last time I went to Paulding County's "upscale" bbq place, the waiter actually rolled his eyes when I asked for more iced tea and extra napkins and then got a little huffy when my husband had to interrupt him while he was laughing and chatting with the other wait staff at the restuarant so we could get our check and leave. Yep, that $50 check got him a nice little $1 tip and DH had a nice conversation with the manager on our way out. If I get a good waiter/waitress, I leave a good tip. I get a waiter/waitress with

Actually, none. We called a roofing company recommended to us by a friend and the guy from the roofing company (Cox & Sheffield) suggested that we call the insurance company because in addition to several missing shingles (which was why we called him), he took my husband up on the roof and showed him exactly where the hail damage was. When the insurance adjuster came out, without any prompting from us, he marked the exact same places on the roof that the roofer had previously shown my husband.
