Actually, you should make the drive to the Disney Store - I was at Arbor Place yesterday and the Disney Store is having a fabulous sale. (One thing that jumped out at me was the Disney Princess Tea Set - I've seen it as low as $14 before, but the Disney Store has it on sale for $10.) Lots of great prices and if you go during the week, you miss the weekend crowds, although they really weren't bad this weekend.

The princess got her letter from Santa yesterday and was thrilled, especially when it mentioned her best friend too!!

Try Spa Envy - I've been to the one on Windy Hill and they are awesome. Two of my bosses also use them and love it. It's a chain and they have multiple locations, I haven't checked to see if there is one close by, but I wouldn't be surprised. ETA: I've also heard great things about the Green Tree Day Spa in Douglasville, but I've never been there.

There is no average because it depends on the level of the injury from the accident. If there is a full recovery in a reasonable period of time, I would say not much. However, if someone was left with a major life disability, it could be huge. P.S. It also depends on the attorney.

I've never really kept track of what I spend on Christmas, but I do keep an eye on my spending. If I'm putting something on my credit card, I use Amex so I can pay it off at the end of the month. If I'm purchasing an expensive item, then I plan for it and either pay for it with cash or put it on Amex -- I don't believe in financing Christmas, if I can't afford it, I'm not going to buy it, period.

Great job. My only comment is that the top of your daughter's head looks too long (you brought her chin down level to yours, and the top of her head ends at the same place as yours). Since it's going to be in a "sweet" basil sauce, I would use hot Italian sausage. The spice from the hot sausage would go well with a sweet basil sauce. It's been my experience that sweet Italian sausage doesn't have as much flavor as mild or hot Italian sausage.

We try store brands and usually don't notice a difference. But there are a few cases where I will not buy store brands, especially peas. No one can beat LeSuer canned peas. And, Philadelphia cream cheese. I used Great Value cream cheese in a recipe instead of Philly, and there was definitely a difference in the texture and the taste once it was baked.

Nope, I'm the sports fan in our house. The hubby would much rather be outside doing something in the yard than sitting inside watching football. The only time he's watching TV during the day on the weekends is when he comes in for a nap and turns in on the DIY channel.

I'm willing to sacrifice the leftovers so I can give up all of the dirty dishes!! We had a wonderful dinner at the Marietta Fish Company tonight (owned by the same people as the Marietta Diner). Hubby and I agreed that we're heading for the Marietta Diner on Thursday - you just can't go wrong with any of their restaurants!! Besides, the portions are so big at their restaurants that I feel pretty confident that we will have plenty of leftovers.
