It looks like Cracker Barrel is the popular choice, but The Marietta Diner has some awesome desserts so I think I'm going to suggest that we go there. Thanks everyone!

What are your kids or spouses wanting for xmas this year?

The princess wants a piano, guitar, violin, and a swing set - at least that's what she wants this week. DH wants some sort of tool thingy from Home Depot - guess I should figure out what that is before Christmas.... -
Since I'm off the hook and not going to have to cook this year, I'm looking for some restaurant recommendations for our Thanksgiving dinner. Which restaurant serves the best Thanksgiving meal (on Thanksgiving, of course)?

I'm really excited about our Thanksgiving this year -- we're eating out!! My inlaws, brothers and sister have all either decided to go have dinner at their house or are going to see other relatives. So, no cooking for me!!!! So, we're going to go out for lunch and will then come home and start decorating for Christmas. Maybe I'll grab a small Honey Baked Ham for dinner on Thursday night and bake a few sweet potatoes to go with it... Nice and simple...

I use this same recipe. The key is to let it sit in the fridge for about an hour to firm up a little. But, I've also used it as soon as it was done on a completely cooled cake with no problem.

We haven't had any issues with Dish Network. They've always been very responsive - we had an issue with a receiver a few years ago and had to wait two days for the technician to come out, we still had limited service during that time so it wasn't a big deal.

What are the flavors of your fancy cupcakes? I know you have coconut (those are yummy), but I was thinking of getting dozen of an assortment and am curious about what the other flavors are.

Okay, I just figured this out. Go to your FB page, click on Wall. Just under your "What's on your mind" box, click on "options." It turns into "settings," click on that. When your "settings" box open, look for "posting ability," it will most likely have the boxed checked that friends may post to your wall. You will also see "Who can see posts made by friends?" Click on the drop down where it says "Only friends" and select "customize." You will then see a box at the bottom of the screen that says "Except these people" - type in the appropriate name(s) and add them to that lis

I would absolutely try to come, especially if you have room to hold it inside (in case of rain or cold weather). I would do it on a Thursday/Friday/Saturday - and make sure that you have some late afternoon, early evening hours on Thursday and Friday (for the folks that work). If you have to have it outside, I would do it like a regular yard sale and have it on Friday and Saturday. Good luck!!!

I'm innocent, are you?

YUM!!! We bought coconut cupcakes, cupcakes with purple icing and a couple of the tarts (sweet potato and pumpkin). All were delicious!!! We'll definitely be back soon! Only disappointment, the princess wanted a pink cupcake to match her pink shirt... But, once she had her purple cupcake, all was forgiven!!

Okay, Paulding is close to the intermodal yards (which are about 5 miles off of I-20) - putting a distribution warehouse in Paulding doesn't make sense, it makes more sense to have your distribution facility closer to a major interstate/highway system in order to give you more accessible distribution points. And, if Paulding were such a lucrative area to have industry in, the industry would have found us when the housing boom was going on - at that point, Paulding was one of the fastest growing counties in the nation.

It looked like Wynona has lost some weight this year. I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt and saying that maybe she was just hungry and a little grumpy.

I didn't have cravings while I was pregnant, but if I ate something the princess didn't care for (like chocolate), it would make me sick. Good luck getting your hands on those cheese sticks!

Haven't been to Commerce, but Locust Grove isn't that bad if you're there around midnight. The pace usually picks up around 3 or 4. Ralph Lauren, Coach and the toy store are usually the busiest stores at the outlets.
