Translation: He had an affair with a much younger woman and she's pregnant.....

Go get it checked - it could be nothing, but since it's under your armpit (close to lymph nodes), you should get it checked.

How about a wine/cheese basket; a flower basket - with a gardening tools and a plant, a movie basket - a dvd, popcorn, boxes of candy; a spa basket - all the stuff for a mani/pedi; a bakers basket - a cute baking pan, measuring cups, rolling pin, a gourmet baking mix of some sort; a chef's basket - a saucepan with spices and cooking tools; a basket with items from their favorite sports team (tshirt, cup, hat) For older kids - you could do a basket with video games, makeup, etc.

Bingo! They held a prayer vigil at the mosque where the family is a member.

lol uh, so they ran off to PCB and she entered a wet t-shirt contest and has now won enough money to get them out of debt, but now she's in love with Bubba the bartender with no front teeth so she's buying a double wide for her, Bubba and the five kids....

That's what one of the news stations reported last night - they believe the person in the white truck witnessed the accident and they want to talk to him. I didn't get the impression that the white truck was actually involved.

Here's a different spin - she's young, has FIVE kids, financial difficulties, and is stressed out beyond belief. Hubby gets the opportunity to go away for the weekend with his buddies and she gets ticked off because she thinks she needs a break. She calls one of her single girlfriends and meets her right off of I-75 for some girl talk and a drink. She finds out hubby screwed up and is on his way back home so she decides to leave town for a few days to teach hubby a lesson. She finds out hubby is home with the kids so she stays gone a few extra days.

I highly recommend Cox & Sheffield - they were fantastic to work with and did a great job!

We avoid community wide Easter egg hunts - too much insanity for me to deal with. We do our own and one at the princess's preschool, that's it.
-
Don't worry - the outlet has been running coupons just about every weekend for the past couple of months. Another one will probably come out at the end of the week for this weekend.
-
Probably not, I need both of my hands - how else could I put my makeup on while I'm driving...

Ladies - how many pairs of shoes do you own?
LisaC replied to dumbestgirlintheworld's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I can't even come up with a guess about how many pairs I have, I just know that with spring getting here, I really want some new sandals!! -
Ours was fine this morning.

I work in Midtown and live in South Paulding. On an average day and leaving my house between 7:45 and 8:15, it takes 45 minutes. On a heavy traffic day, an hour. It's not a big deal to me - I even bring the princess in town with me to preschool. Coming in, once you get past 285 on I-20, it's smooth sailing until you get to the connector, then I exit and take backroads or cut over by Turner field to get onto 75/85 to get to midtown.

I'm with Blondie - I'm coming back to haunt any family/friend/fan/etc. that feels the need to do this! The last thing I want is a member of my family memorializing the place where I died, while I know they will be absolutely devastated when I die, they have been told get a life and move on - I'll be dead so don't dwell on the past!!!

I would suggest going to a store and getting fitted for shoes. Dick's Sporting Goods used to have a machine that evaluated how you walked and would give you a list of shoes based on that. I did this at a store in Atlanta and now only buy Mizuno's because I have a high arch and they are super comfortable.

It was pretty funny! I hope got your margarita last night, LPPT, you deserved it!!

That can be the p.com gang sigh!!!

Where Can A Person Find A Record Of A Judgement?
LisaC replied to Eddie Bennett's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Your best bet is to call the clerk of the court where the judgment is held and ask them if you just need to come down and fill out a form (and possibly pay a small fee) or if a more detailed pleading is involved. -
I guess I'm fortunate - I have a pediatrician that I trust implicitly with my daughter and I always encourage the princess to talk to Dr. D when we go to see her. I want my daughter to grow up knowing that she can talk to me, her doctor, family friend, etc. when she has a problem because, let's face it, they're not going to always open up to mom and dad. And, as a parent, we can sometimes miss the obvious signs of trouble because our kids don't act differently when they are around us or we get in such a hurry that we miss some of the early signs. So, when a pediatrician takes the time to as

Okay, put a warning on these things - choking on cranberry juice is not a good thing. ETA: TP - random drug tests are just that - random. You don't know if or when the forklift operator or the President of the company will be chosen, you just know that someone will get picked.
-
My opinion: Random drugs tests aren't always a bad thing - do you really want someone under the influence of illegal drugs driving a forklift in a warehouse or operating machinery that could kill them or others? Not being able to negotiate for your works hours? You've said this best, if you don't want to work for THE MAN, work for yourself. Then you can determine your own hours. But, if you work for a company, they hire you and expect you to work based on THEIR needs, not your own. As for collective bargaining - that has been a joke for years and employees have realized that the

I Often Wonder If Citizens Who Don't Post, Or Reply,
LisaC replied to Eddie Bennett's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I post my opinions and I understand that people may or may not agree. On the other hand, there are times when I refrain from posting opinions in some topics because I realize that my opinion will either not answer the OP's question or will only serve to ignite pointless drama or controversy.
