The big plane was a Navy plane... I saw it again when I went to Jason's at cumberland mall for lunch.

Yes I will be voting for this. There are other states and cities that have this type of tax and I don't mind paying it because everyone else has to pay the same thing. Think of the revenue it will garner for people just passing through the state headed to SC. FL, TN, AL and other states. This also will bring much needed work to the DOT and it's contractors....which I work for!
