I heard everyone saying the daughter got sunburned from being outside not in the tanning salon. I've been to the tanning salon several times and have seen children sitting there waiting on the parent. Even the people at the tanning salon said the girl didn't get in a bed. Just because the weirdo that tans a lot took her with her...don't mean she made her get in the bed. People will create drama even when there isn't any. Sounds to me like a neighbor or family member don't like them or had a grudge and called DFACS.

A Whey shake....and maybe a rice cake with peanut butter. Tonight is trainer night so I won't get home in time to cook dinner.

Me too!! I have really enjoyed going to this gym. I'm not young...or a hot body by any means, but the people in the gym so far have been awesome! They have kickboxing classes and Zumba and it's all geared to do it at your pace. They will push you..but you don't feel like you have to keep up with the instructor. I'll be out of school starting next week so I'm really going to start the kickboxing and zumba. They offer it at 7:00pm and that is perfect for me. They even have zumba at 10 am for the earlier crowd. Best decision I've made in years!

it's not where the food is coming from...it's allowing kids with snotty hands to touch stuff. I refuse to eat at Ryans. It plainly says that children under a certain age must be accompanied by an adult.... NEVER happens

<-- I hired a trainer! He aslo put me on a diet. I do shakes...but not those types. I do the Whey Protein shakes 2-3 times aday. I've lost over 18 lbs in 4 weeks. I love going to Xtreme Fiteness - Jeff Maness is my trainer!
