That is incorrect. If you didn't vote in the primary, you can vote either card in the run-off on August 10.

Residential Fire
ktan458 replied to lumak's topic in NEW Scanning the County - Emergency Services radio Traffic Reports
I think we passed this on our way home. It's a little past Bobo headed to Dallas, and the poor guy was standing out by the road -
Exactly. Generally speaking, when you hear a gunshot or explosion, the last thing you want to do is open the door and go out there.

How do some people even make it out of school?

This is a perfect example of 'rearranging a few words from the essay you found online is STILL plagiarism; plus, it makes you look like a dumbess'. -
If you record Deadliest Catch, I'd skip the episode and watch the tribute that came on afterward for Capt. Phil.

The source would be McVeigh himself, and the interviews he gave. Do you have a better one?

I'm not 100% sure, but I know we got a flyer the other day that had a chart on it. One thing of note is that this vote is simply to continue the SPLOST. I think they've done a terrible job of advertising that fact, since most people think they are trying to ADD another 1 cent to the sales tax.

Great minds and whatnot.

I completely understand why some would have a problem with it. However, what was attacked on 9/11 was America's sense of freedom. They chose United and American for a reason. They chose the Twin Towers for a reason. It seems ironic that the very freedom that was being attacked then is being withheld now. Your analogy made me think of Timothy McVeigh. He was raised Catholic and purported to be a Christian, garnering an extreme fundamentalist following. Would we be as opposed to building a nondenomenational Christian church near the Murrah Federal Building, simply because he was also C

Hahaha! It means that light has entered some raindrops, reflected off of the side of the drops and exited, being broken into a spectrum. I love a double rainbow myself, but that guy was just a little over the top. Good for him if he truly gets that excited about it, though.

It was beautiful! I got several pictures from downtown Dallas of the double rainbow as well.
-
Exactly. This was not well thought out.

Not only that, but the teachers have to get their own children into bed after they get home from Open House. I am dreading the first day of school more than I ever have.

I'm very happy for you (and your Mom).

I would have never thought to use that. Good to know!

That kind of logic and common sense isn't welcome around these parts, Markdavd Joking, people--just joking...

The state controls the release of official AYP results, which may be why she had that look. You should be able to school-choice regardless of the home school's AYP status. Have you looked into doing that?

I'm riding out the rest of the season, but there is something seriously wrong with Danielle. I realize the show has that train wreck quality, which is why people watch it, but it's becoming awkward and cringe-worthy to watch. That said, of course I'm watching now too.

Was this off Old Cartersville in a neighborhood that works a horse theme? If so, the ACC's current MO is to tell homeowners to call the police if someone is parked in the road in front of their house; otherwise, the homeowner whose house is behind the car will be cited at $25/day.

They told me they wouldn't take them back Customer service has been for crap this year; we've had several issues that they have not really cared about at all. I'm glad you were able to get it traded, though

Summer Feeding Program In Paulding County
ktan458 replied to Tammy Spain's topic in Paulding County NEWS
I believe they also put it in the Dallas New Era. This is a fabulous program, and I'm so glad that the county ran with it (though, for naysayers, this is a DOE project). -
You should be! That 7th grade SS curriculum is *hard*!
