  1. Get it out now while whatever it is is still alive. If it dies, that stench will be unbearable later on. Call an exterminator or one of those critter trapper services.
  2. I loved the one where Mr. Darling and family came down from the hills and had dinner with Andy. Instead of passing the food around the table, Mr. Darling just hollered out "MEAT!!!!!" or "TATERS!!!!!!" Every once in a while, when the whole family gets together, someone will "pull a Briscoe Darling" and holler out "MEAT!!!!" and crack everyone up.
  3. Me three....it must have changed.
  4. "The police said we should just drop this because he is gonna be in for a long time on the other charges." What does that have to do with anything? He stole something that did not belong to him! Actions have consequences. If he's gonna be in for a long time, fine...he can stay in a little longer!
  5. Burger for me; fish chowder for DH.
  6. I'm using my iPad 2 (iOS 6.0.1) and haven't experienced any problems......yet.
  7. At one point, someone asks him how he would feel if it were his daughter. He said but it isn't. I wouldn't care, I'd just let her be dead. I hope he NEVER procreates....and if he does and has a daughter, just the thought is horrible.
  8. Have you tried Super H-Mart? It's primarily a huge Asian grocery store but they sell a little of everything including fresh seafood. My husband occasionally shops at the one off PIB in Norcross, but there are other locations around town.
  9. That's the key phrase...they would go stay with HER and he didn't have to deal with her. Again, short term solution would be to see if your brother would ask her to stay with him for a week. Next year, you go visit HER!
  10. Maybe you should call your brother, explain the situation and ask if he could possibly invite her to his place for a week. She doesn't have to know you called and he could just tell her he wants to spend some time with her. I kind of understand how your husband feels. My husband's sister and BIL used to drive down from Canada and stay with us for SIX WEEKS every winter. She is the type that "takes over" the house (cooks, puts stuff where she wants them rather than where we want them, plans the weekend activities, etc). He is VERY opinionated, doesn't like ANYTHING, and just wants to wa
  11. Yo Kanye! Imma let you finish but I jus wanna say Prince William and Kate Middleton gonna have the best baby of ALL TIME!!!
  12. To everyone who posted above, +10000. This thread just made me giggle!
  13. Shouldn't that be "lines of color"? Ya can't have any pudding if ya don't eat yer meat!
  14. Just passing along something you (or anyone else) might be interested in. Cobb Genealogy Workshops for 2013 The series offered in March may be helpful regarding DNA and how to break thru brick walls.
  15. Believe me, if you know someone who is handicapped and what a struggle it is for them to make a trip to the store and this is what they encounter this on a daily basis you would have a better understanding they call the police.
  16. How truly wonderful!!! Years ago, I read a book called "The Search for Anna Fisher." It was written by an adoptee's about her search for her own birth parents. She eventually did find them, but it was a very long and hard road. Technology (and changes in the laws) have made things SOMEWHAT easier.
  17. Mini pies! 1 can of fruit pie filling 2 sheets of trawed pie crust or several sheets of phyllo dough Mini cupcake pans, sprayed with Bakers Joy or vegetable spray Using a small round cookie cutter (ravioli cutter, biscuit/doughnut cutter will work ok too) cut the pastry and place in the muffin pans. Spoon fruit into the dough and bake until pastry is lightly browned.
  18. Other than Surepip's house, I got nothin'.
