$hit happens! One of mine swallowed too much water in the pool once and puked. They closed the pool for the rest of the day. Couldn't be helped. They are kids ya know?? If it was a repeat offender then that's one thing but come on. One way to prevent this is NOT to wear those disposable swim diapers. Buy some real swim diapers with elastic around the legs if your kid isn't potty trained.
