  12. Beau, Batjack from GON here. Yeah, if you didn't disconnect & reconnect the battery negative then possitive, then reverse, you prob. fried the comp on that model. I'll PM you with the number of a friend of mine that might be able to help. I know your girl loves to go for a boat ride now and then.
  13. Check your A/C condensation line. A 3/8", clear hose that runs from a little pump beside your furnace-A/C unit to the out side of the house. Some times they get small holes in them and will drip in hard to find places, not enough to leave a puddle and after the pump has run. I had one that dripped on top of the A/C vent pipe at all hours that took me months to find. Good luck and SSSSHHH! There are no tunnles in PC, wink, wink.
  14. To all of my brothers, sisters, comrades, and patriots who have fallen. Tho many of your names may never be mentioned, your bravery, honor, dedication, and self sacrifice will never be forgotten. Rest in peace knowing that your friends and families live safe because of actions taken by you and decisions made by you. THANK YOU !
  15. If I remember right, thier son was murdered about 10 yrs. ago, I think. So Bizzaro is corect.
  16. Bring back the "Scared Strait" program, and I don't mean the one on TV. Let them spend a week end in with the "Real Bad A's" behind bars and watch them turn over a new leaf.
  17. If you've got a septic tank, make sure to get the plat showing the tank and all of the fill lines and re-check to make sure the tank is where it says it is. It's no fun to take down a deck if you have to have the system dug up. Make sure the deck will leave at least 10 feet from the property line. And, the law requies a 4 foot barrier that some say the walls of the pool take care of. Don't bet on it. Call you ins. agent and check with them on what's required by them as a barrier, pool wall or fence and locked gate. Make sure and put a lockable gate between the old deck and pool deck just for y
  18. MrsG, you just descibed my Great Grandparents house too a tee. I remember all of that plus a smoke house, barn, and corn crib. Once when I was around 8yo, I did something that REALLY ticked off my Great-Great Grandmother who was a Cherokee medicine woman that stood a towering 4' 1-1/2" tall with her hair down and not up in a bun as she wore it during the day. Not going into what it was I did, but she came completely unglued. I took off across the field as fast as my little legs would go. As I topped the second terris, a piece of that stove wood hit me at the base of my skull. When I woke up sh
  19. I put "Triazine" over my whole yard in early spring and fall every year and as a back up, I spray the door seals and jambs with "terro" spider and scorpion killer every two weeks or so from sring til it gets cold. They got an early jump on me this year tho, I killed one beside the toilet yesterday morning. But that's the first I've "seen" inside in about ten years. Good luck! I hate those creepy little *&%*#$&*(%#'s too. In other parts of the world it's the little ones that you worry about not the big ones, but here it's all of them.
  20. Yeah, that's the only place that I know of, unless you want to W-World and pay 10 cents apiece for crickets. Vinnies keeps good, fresh bait at good prices. If you're fishing in the park, remember that it's "catch & release" only.
  21. You should try riding one in to shore. When they go from hover to fixed wing and then all of a sudden go back to hover and sit down, reeeeaaalllly messes with your insides. And that's all I have to say about that.
  22. Now that's just darn sceeery! To quote a well known German Sgt. "I Know nuting, nuuuuting!"
  23. Thanks Zorro, I couldn't find a good pic to use. And I have to admit that at a distance, one of those darned spy - drones might look like one, but I do dought that any of these particular drones are stationed at any AFB.
  24. As long as every one else thinks that way, it just leaves more for me. Contraire to local lore, flathead (shown above),blue, and channel catfish are not "junk" eaters. They thrive on bluegill and other small fish, which in turn eat bugs and other larvae or smaller fish. The real "junk" eaters are the talapia, which are (mostly) raised in hatcheries of other fish to eat their "junk" and keep the tanks clean. If you're worried about the pcb's and other stuff that a fish might ingest, then just don't eat the livers of said fish, that's where it all gets stored. When the Gov. inspects fish, they g
