We know the furnace will be replaced, but before we go there: how do I find out if the county has a natural gas line in that area? I'd MUCH prefer a natural gas furnace AND stove to the existing electric. Thanks!

It did need a new transmission last week. Dropped the car off on a Sunday, tranny was there Monday morning (from Jasper Engines & Transmissions) and the car was done Tuesday afternoon UNDER BUDGET. He also works on my diesel Chevy 3500 Dually pick up.

Always tip.... 20% usually. He does a great job on Mr. ChocoMare's hair. Love the old timey feel of his shop, replete with checkers table.

I have a one-ton dually Chevy 3500. I put it into 4WD when I got to Macland Road on my long trek to Dallas from Marietta. Whilst creeping on 278 thru Hiram, Mr. XYZ in his wee Ford Ranger is glad I was behind him. I pushed his wee truck's butt three times up three hills. Pray he got home, cuz he left my lane right after the new hospital and I couldn't change lanes to keep behind him.
