I've called on another company before.... driver cut me off on I-75 while we were all doing 65. About forced me into the woods on the off ramp. I let their manager have it, politely but FIRMLY. Call them. They can't fix what they don't know about.

Whitey, that's for the tip. I may just appeal then. While I have improved the home, across the street is a storage lot for stone, rotting hay bales and assorted other equipment. Fence was never completed. What's there is falling down. And not one house has sold in the subdivision behind me....they've gone rental.

And if you were like me, in the first recall zone, dutifully contacted your Honda dealer for a recall repair, you are now waiting and waiting and waiting because the parts are on back order. Driving super carefully and praying no one hits me before the part arrives.

Chicken World in Hiram is hiring right now.

And my neighbor, as he does every year, will ignore the Ban and burn his trash in a hole, all of 14 feet from my house. And, like I do every year, I'll call the Fire Department. They'll come out, put out his fire and issue him a fine. Lather, rinse, repeat. He's a selfish idiot.

The newest thing is a Subway, but that's not exactly fine dining. Next to it, tho, is Quality Chef, a fab Chinese takeout restaurant. That's been there for years, tho. Beats me if there's something new!

I am seriously considering purchasing 26 acres in Rockmart (inside Paulding line tho). Currently there's an ancient, Flamingo pink trailer on it that's got to go *barf* I'd like to place a small home on a slab foundation.... Nothing fancy, 2 bedroom/2 bath with a covered patio out back that'd overlook the pastures & barn I'd build. Any recommendations for a modular builder or a kit-home builder locally? Thanks!

Dis has been taking care of our lawn for over a year now. Always there when he says, does an immaculate job But this past week, he went above and beyond. My husband passed away on Palm Sunday after a 2 year struggle with Lewy Body Dementia (www.lbda.org for info). I had come home the Thursday before to find my lawn neatly cut as always and thought "Oh, I need to write him a check." That didn't happen due to obvious circumstances. When he came by the house the next week and I explained what happened, that sweet man hugged me, offered condolences and said "Don't worry about the check

Also don't hear "How do you do?" when being introduced/shaking hands. -
I love talking to the owner. He's such a sweet, gentle man. One time we talked German food. If they grow and expand, I might help him with some German offerings

I've got to spread the word about The Hoboken Cafe on Whitlock Rd in Marietta. My gosh is that place ever good. FRESH, HOMEMADE mozzarella, amazing bread for heros/hogies/subs. Tender sausage, sweet peppers & onions. And the most amazing fresh cannoli I've ever had. Due to the growth of the business, they're now open until 7pm Wed - Fri. Every other day they close at 4. It's worth the trip to support this local restaurant. Not cheap, but worth every penny.

I like it.

Why would you have this person working for you?

As an H.R. Manager, your story continues to prove my point that we have inherited a generation of Crippled Adults. Are there exceptions, of course!....but trust me, I see it with the employee base every single day and I shake my head. It comes down to this from wee one on...: They were not taught "Think of others first" They were not taught "Common Courtesy" They were not taught "Consequences for bad behavior" They were not taught to "Take responsibility / own up to their actions" They were not taught to "Think on Their Feet" They were not taught to "Work for & Earn what they wa -

Lawsuit claims Purina Beneful dry 'kibble' dog food is killing dogs
ChocoMare replied to Mustluvdogs's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Most any dog food you buy in the generic grocery store is garbage.... grain, colorings, mystery by-products, etc. Our Creator did not design them to eat that stuff. Mine are on Taste of the Wild. The vet is always amazed at how healthy they are, in perfect weight, with soft coats & clean teeth. Same goes for cat food. And horse feed. Oy, so many horses are still being fed "Crack" -- high in starch, sugar & loaded with molasses. They were not designed to eat that! Not to mention, Purina has no fixed formula. They use multiple plants to produce multiple feeds with -
Stopped in at Walgreen's on my way to work (at 0430) and they had plenty too.

I was in the court room with Jud Waites before Judge Cox and, believe me, Mr. Waites wasted no time in filing the complaint same day. Trust me, it was totally justified. I was humiliated on the stand by Judge Cox in open court. The attorney representing the company I was testifying for was Publicly and LOUDLY blasted by Judge Cox in open court. Mr. Waites was blasted by Judge Cox in open court. To see this news is a beautiful thing, knowing he's off the bench. I am disappointed, tho, that he gets off scott free. BTW: If you ever need a good attorney, I cannot recommend -

I was only born that year, but I totally remember the Blizzard of 1978 on Long Island. The only time in my entire educational history that schools were closed. My mom pulled me on my flexible flyer sled down a 4-lane road to the A&P for milk

Thank you. Also instruct your son that, just because you hear it on the 6 o'clock news, it doesn't mean it's the whole truth. Don't take it at face value... apply common sense and LOGIC. Lastly, we weren't there. We didn't see it. We didn't hear it.

I call that a Divine Delay. Take it to Brad Whitmore at Mainstream Automotive, corner of Bobo Road & Mt. Tabor Church. He'll have you in/out in no time at a very fair price.
