  7. With all due respect, you are incorrect. MetroAtlanta Ambulance never bought Puckett. I believe you're thinking of plain ole Metro Ambulance, started in the 70's by Edgar "Bo" Pounds. Mr. Pounds sold Metro to a consolidator, CareLine, in 1994. Said consolidator also bought old Puckett, old Central and 3 other small, private ambulance services.   15. Regardless of what a County wants, it's the governing Region Council that opens zoning, sends out a Request for Proposal to any/all ambulance services who are free to bid or not. Tis the law. For Paulding, that would be Region I.

  18. Technically, no, horses cannot climb. But it's called that because the holes are very tiny and not even a small human's foot would fit in so, therefore, they cannot climb it.
