  1. My all time favorite was Audrey Hepburn . I also loved all of Doris Day's movies . Modern: Milla Jovovich, Michelle Rodriguez, Meryl Streep, Goldie Hawn, Amy Adams...damn. I think you said just one?
  2. Yes, I second that...I've cut my cornea (literally) more times than I can remember. Likely this is what has happened. You will need prescribed drops and an eye patch for a couple of days or you could end up in very serious trouble.
  3. The last time we needed it was several years ago, but you are correct. As much as I detest their food the room was large and they were very accommodating. It worked out very well for a large party .
  4. L.O.L Thats your story and you're sticking to it .
  5. Yes...our 'kids' are 30, 28. 27. 26 and right at 24 . Mine were able to use the word (and others) late teens (17 & 18) without getting into trouble. They do have extraordinarily large vocabularies but there are times when nothing seems to suit the situation as well as a bit of 'suckage' . I think my 5 1/2 year old grandson has used it on occasion, but that's only because he hears his parents use it. He generally chooses other words as well. I agree with the 'pick your battles' sentiment.
  6. I don't skate, never have skated successfully (except ice skating), and the two times I attempted to roller skate, I broke a bone ...BOTH times, different bones . That being said, I may visit this establishment for the sole purpose of buying a beer...this woman has definitely set a bug in my bonnet.
  7. Yes, as mentioned above just download the free Kindle program to your pc.
  8. I concur with all of the other comments, I'm glad y'all had a great time and you look fabulous!
  9. I agree, I hadn't even read the content until your post. I could not get past the heading.
  10. 'Saving' 'Serving' No 'e'...sorry I had to say something.
  11. I have full coverage, smack away. You can buy a new rear end. Have fun with that.
  12. Lol, I was thinking the same thing...ride my ass and I go EVEN slower, with a few brake taps to add some spice.
  13. No. I can honestly say I have not watched 'Oprah' since...1987? I'm not even sure what channel is hers.
  14. I agree...I just had to open this thread, yet you literally could not pay me to watch this show. Go figure .
  15. Personally I never thought Benny Hill was very funny. My father used to watch it when ever he could catch it when we we younger and we were not allowed to see it, so the show had this 'mystique' about it for us. As an adult I've seen it a few times and thought, "Really??" Monty Python is much better .
  16. I loved the BBC when we lived in Europe. Still love it. There was nudity on the BBC in the mid 90's. I had to be vigilant when the children were little about what they watched. You have to remember they are much less prudish than we are...and yes, we still are.
  17. Yes. He/She really has some serious insecurities that become incredibly, readily apparent when the issue of homosexuality is brought up. Just like flipping a switch.
  18. I don't care what the intent is of the other person, my intent is to be polite. If my husband happens to pick up on someone flirting with me he puffs up with pride with a 'Yeah, I'm hitting that' kinda smile. It never ceases to crack me up . I smile and nod or say hello back, but flirtatiously I only have eyes for my husband. And Billie Joe Armstrong.
  19. I put mayo on them . Come to think if it, I put mayo on almost everything, lol.
  20. Lol, I'm sorry . I've seen so many interviews with her being such an amazing b*tch, I just wanted to punch her in the throat. If you've seen that crazy movie about a beauty shop (I can't recall the name) with Kevin Bacon and Queen Latifah, Kevin Bacon said he based his horrible bitchy character on her. He even wrote a song about her diva self . My girl crush is Mila Jovovich, btw .
  21. I agree with Kim Kardashian... Charlize Theron (sp) Justin Bieber Oprah Kristen Stewart That piggy nosed boy everyone thinks is so attractive from the Twilight series...Lawtner, or something? Jada Pinkett Smith (Brit's candidate). I would also agree with the Charlie Sheen and Tom Cruise, but I want to smack them just on general principle I think they were both hit by the ugly bus.
  22. I agree although I generally get the flu about once every year to two years, and I've never had one either. After the deaths related to the steroid injections, contaminated by fungal meningitis...I would think everyone would be more careful with what they allow to be injected into their bodies. Not saying it could have been avoided, it just gives me pause ~and I'm not part of the tin-foil hat crowd .
