Hi, were you by chance the gal taking pictures at the Run for the Schools this morning?

I am not sure exactly what you mean but the computer is in our bedroom so it is not like my kids have any privacy when they are on. We have a laptop that they can use in the living room and kitchen. I have all of their passwords to their e-mail, facebook and I check their texts probably more often then I should but they knew that was the deal when they wanted a facebook account, cell phone, etc... We also have Safe eyes on our computers so each night I get an e-mail telling me what searches have been made, websites visited, etc... Having said all that I don't actually read all their stuff

You make a lot of valid points but a 14 year old is still a 14 year old and an 57 year old man has had 57 years to know better. Now if she lied and said she was 35 that is something entirely different. I don't think the parent would just be pissed. I know I would be pissed, disappointed and I am absolutely sure my daughter wouldn't be using a computer or texting or anything of the nature for a very long time without mommy or daddy sitting right there beside her.

Seriously? I hate that this county seems to be having case after case like this. I am sure it happens everywhere and I guess I should be glad so many people around here are getting caught but it's sick, depressing and as the mother of a 13 year old scares the beJesus out of me.

I think they are supposed to be charging and prefer they are not consistent if that is the case. . Whether I need it or not I always ask for sauce and keep it in the car. I have one kid who likes nuggets without sauce and 2 they want it with their fries. It usually works out pretty well. If they charge I don't get it but I can't remember the last time they charged me though and we usually go to the one at Crossroads.

I don't think doing it on a Saturday is all about religion as much as a matter of convenience. And for all the 4th of July comments~~are you serious? Do they happen to have kids accounts? A few years back I tried to find a bank for my kids to start their own accounts but all the banks I checked with required minimum amounts or other conditions that weren't really kid friendly. I was hoping to find a place that let them start small and gave tiny rewards for each deposit like the bank my parents set me up when I was young. There was a treasure box I got to pick out of each time I deposited money. I love my bank too (as an adult) only it isn't a small town bank. I am excited that we are getting a new library but I sure wish they would get a more updated selection of books at the library near Sara Babb. Many times I find a better selection at my child's middle school. When my kids do a report and all the school books are checked out on that subject or person or whatever I often find myself having to buy the books off Amazon, half.com, ebay, etc..... We used to get ours in front of Johny's Pizza across from the Publix in New Hope. I would always buy 2 papers on my way to church. Loved the guy. Then I had classes for a few weekends came back and haven't had any luck. Two weeks ago someone was selling them there. This morning the guy was packing it up and heading out when we got there.

We haven't had a chance to attend any of the shows yet but I am so looking forward to going to them next year.

I haven't had a chance to watch this show yet but I do have all the episodes on DVR. I am glad to hear it will be worth watching. Hopefully it won't get canceled like Flash Forward did. I have that on DVR as well and still have not gotten around to watching it.

I've been praying for his safe return ever since I saw that he was missing on here. I'll keep praying and watching while I am out and about.

Haven't actually eaten there myself but about 7 years ago when I was room mom for my son we did get one of his teachers a German Chocolate Cake from there for her birthday. We had found out from her best friend it was her favorite. I always meant to go back but just never did. I didn't realize they did dinner but it sure sounds good.

I'm confused. I was already to post how I too am so ready (and have been for about 2 weeks now) for the time to change. Only I am not getting up earlier but wanting to sleep in later. Won't the time change give you an EXTRA hour to sleep in? It's way too dark in the morning for me right now. I liked it better when it changed in October. This has happened to me and I was ticked because it was the annoying Vacuum sales people just trying another technique. It started off that they are opening a new store in the area and wanted to give me a free sample. Then they wanted to show how they could polish my doornob and lastly they wanted to clean one room of carpet. We were in a similar situation a couple of years ago and went with BCBS of GA. We are a family of 5 and for the first year paid $312 a month and then in 2010 it went up to $344. We had a deductible of some sort but the first three visits for each of us had a $30 co-pay and then after that we had to meet the deductible. It wasn't great but no one went over three visits.
