Doesn't the VP typically run when his Presidential running mate has done their two terms? If so the Republicans will get the White House in 4 years. I can't see Joe Biden getting elected President.

I guess that would be one of the reasons they have you check your votes at the end before submitting. I would think that most people would bring this to someone's attention so it would be fixed. Computers make mistakes too, probably more so than humans do or would do if each vote were written out and counted by hand.

I voted at Moses. Pulled into the school at 12:10 pm, pulled back onto Country Farm Rd at 12:20 pm. My only complaint would be with Mother Nature. The walk to the school from the parking lot was a bit chilly .

I was just looking over my sample ballot and wondered why under Public Service Commissioner it says (To Succeed Chuck Eaton) and on the other it says (To succeed Stan Wise), yet both men are listed under their particular areas? It doesn't say this under any of the other incumbents running?

I have to agree with SS. This is one of the saddest things I have read in a long time and I feel just sick for the child who thank the good Lord is no longer in pain and mom who I can't imagine will ever get over this. When I started subbing I was called several times to substitute in Special Needs classes at two different Paulding County Elementary schools and it was an eye opener. I don't know if he is guilty or not but he did fight it. For years. I don't think I would have fought it for that long. At some point you have to get on with your life and this fight had to be consuming much of his time and energy (and money). The people fighting against him were not going to stop until they got what they wanted, right or wrong. I would like to think he knows there is more to life that his titles.

I am sad for the family and I am sad for the officer. I believe most officers hate it when they have to shoot at someone regardless of the circumstances. Sounds like this is the girl I was thinking, either that or her sister. Nothing would surprise me, her story being true or her making it up.
