Additionally, the area on the boarder of Dallas city limits where Hiram Station and other club(s), and a package store..........is in the Hiram city limits. Bottom line Hiram was smart years ago for looking at sales tax in the booze consumption, and happily annexed areas welcoming it

Try Wilmington, NC. I live here and what you described, it's all here and much more. There is Fort Fisher located on Pleasure Island which has Carolina Beach and Kure Beach on it with plenty of homes for rent. These beaches are not cluttered commercialized towns. Downtown Wilmington has the Battleship North Carolina on the Cape Fear River.

From a former resident of PC that lives in Wilmington- IMO, a very poor choice a couple of yrs ago for the leaders of PC to commit the taxpayers to a so called movie studio. I was involved in the community during my years I lived there. Can anyone tell me if this "investment" has had any financial gain? Other than paying on the bond that the taxpayers will eventually absorb?

Georgia Power at the time had a major incentive for commercial property owners installing backup generators. It was a VERY lucrative deal for both parties! As for the divorce, who cares. I make this a couple of times a year around the holidays. I use a gallon each of apple juice and fresh apple cider, a cup each of white and brown sugar, about 8 cinn sticks. Boil that, and let cool completely as you DO NOT want the kick in the Everclear to evaporate!!! Divide in mason jars quarts or pints. Last batch I made Thanksgiving yielded 10 qts!! Great gift to bring to Holiday parties that will be shared!!!! PS. Get the high octane 190 Everclear, not the silly 151
