Ding, ding, ding!!! Yep, there were fly by night roofing cos about a year ago, or so (and they continue). Many folks got new roofs. Try and find many of those companies NOW if you have a leak or an issue with your roof. Additionally think about a warranty five years from now, if needed. Who ya gonna call??? I'd stick with a local roofing company that has been in business many years and has a reputation of not gonna dart out of town chasing another possible weather insurance claim

This developer apparently just hired his lawyers to get the pissed off homeowners off his back. It's also a known fact this developer was caught by the Corps of Eng digging what he evisioned being a bigger lake, therefore putting a halt to a few more lots he wanted to sell. I'm just saying in my past history with commercial properties, such places as the out parcels such as BK, the bank, etc could be considered as "out parcels" that were build to lease in their time. I could see where the old gas station "may" have been privately owned, but I would bet Equity owned (still owns) the corner from 92 down to Pace Rd. Again, JMO

IMO I would not put it past the current owner/management company to let the current leases expire, then re-develop the entire parcel. That is a prime & big parcel of commercial land on the corner of 278/92.

Working for such a large corporation I can only assume they are "self insured" and only hire an insurance company to manage the claims/benefits for their employees. Such as Aetna, Cigna, etc. It's a shame the smaller business owner is struggling to try and provide insurance for their employees yet are going under due to not being able to provide an option for health insurance, or will just drop the option as a benefit to their loyal employees

I wouldn't jump on the PCSO for not having a more obvious patrol routine nor will I believe someone was told they would be charged for patrols. That is total BS!! Ya think maybe law enforcement IS checking out the area, JUST not in marked vehicles or attire????
