The President Will Be In Atlanta On Thursday
Georgia Dawg replied to Eddie Bennett's topic in RECENT TOPICS
A Parrot, see Myna: A bird that can mimic human speech. Only repeats what it is taught to repeat. Sometimes repeats the same things, over and over and over and over. While some consider it to have some degree of intelligence and communication capabilities, it is only able to mimic a few phrases that are often repeated over and over and over and over again and have nothing to do with an anticipated, intelligent response. -

If there was an attempted uprising against the government, there will be a good percentage of these 'sworn' officers who will participate in that uprising. Clearest example, is to look at Obama's disarming of the Marines who participated in his parade. It's debatable whether the President actually has the authority to disarm the Secret Service, since they can force the President to do things that he might not want to - for the security of the Office. -
I googled "moissanite Atlanta" That led me to this link

In most cases the landlord doesn't want to apply your deposit against your last month's rent since that deposit may be needed to cover repairs for damage - but needing it for repairs doesn't appear to be the case in this situation.

Racism is often in the eyes of the beholder. I don't consider Chef Boyardee, Eskimo Pies, Chef Rastus, or Miss Chiquita to be racist caricatures. However, it doesn't really surprise me about those who do.

If I had had a picture of our first real estate agent I probably wouldn't have hired him. No wonder he couldn't get anyone to take him seriously.

Of course, there's the Paulding county version of that song - Sheep Love.

Because he knows better than to trust them. It would be different if he had done something to earn their respect. -

I wonder if he'll order that all Atlantans be disarmed like he did the Marines in his inaugural parade. -
You're such a tease. Still not there. :-)

Economic forecast: More jobs, faster growth

I put these groups of 'economists' is a similar group to 'psychics'. If Psychics could tell the future why aren't they buying Lottery tickets and rich? Groups of economists, similar to 'Scientists', often provide speculations slanting in favor of those who are funding their well-being. -

I thought this topic was regarding paper vs paperless statements that the OP put into the title. If so, the current rules for errors are the same for either. -
Retire? What's that?

Maybe the Politically Correct thing for them to do is to appoint a Muslim as Pope. We can see how well that turned out for the U.S.

Some people don't have the discipline to save (but neither does our Congress) so they'd rather pay more during the year (wait - they don't even know they're paying since they never see it) and get a big refund check (from Obama - Bless him) in the Spring to pay for an early vacation. Intaxication: Euphoria at getting a tax refund, which lasts until you realize it was your money to start with.

They can't have a 'young' Pope. A Pope needs to be old, wise, and respected. I'm wondering if Obama has sent in his resume for consideration...

Too bad Michael Jackson couldn't have picked up a pointer or two from Prince - like how to live with everyone thinking you're a pervert, or how to live a happy, long life. But the Grammy's? No interest in it. Years ago, they used to feature a thing called 'Music'. I don't what I would call the junk on the air these days...

This could also present another 'happened once' event, as we could end up with two Popes, a current and former, living within the walls of the Vatican.

I wonder how many people would be upset if.... ********************************************************** WASHINGTON — Following the January tax law changes made by Congress under the American Taxpayer Relief Act (ATRA), the Internal Revenue Service announced today it plans to open the 2013 filing season and begin processing individual income tax returns on Jan. 30. The IRS will begin accepting tax returns on that date after updating forms and completing programming and testing of its processing systems. This will reflect the bulk of the late tax law changes enacted Jan. 2. The announ

Something else that is not measured well and exacerbates the problem with fewer jobs being created on a monthly basis is that older workers are not retiring as early as they normally would since their retirement plans haven't kept up, along with the decline in house values, so those jobs aren't being freed up for workers to move up and opening up entry level jobs for our youth coming into the workforce. We need around 500,00 new jobs being added each month. As these new jobs are being added, millions of people who are not counted will enter the labor force statistics as unemployed. We need
