Broken bones suck. I crushed all of the bones in my left wrist falling off the steps at Home Depot. I went to the ER and they put me in a sling and sent me home with a prescription for pain meds and directions to see an orthopaedic doctor on Monday (this happened on Saturday morning). I did not fill the pain prescription because I do not tolerate pain meds well at all and I felt like I could just take Tylenol and be ok. Wrong. I was literally waiting at the front door of Rite Aid at 8:30 Sunday morning. I couldn't get them in my mouth fast enough after I had the prescription filled.

No. I think it said something about seeing a "challenge" of some sort on facebook that he wanted to be a part of. A clown is a clown and I hate them all.

One of the clowns has been arrested. He is a 14 year old.

My son drives to LaGrange every day for work. He leaves at 4:30 AM and I was very worried about him with the heavy rain coming down when he left. God forbid he should call and say he made it ok.

Jiffy is the only cornbread I ever had growing up. My mom never made it from scratch and I actually prefer Jiffy to homemade. I like sweet cornbread.

I keep getting called by Hope House. I tell them every week that I don't have anything to give them and then they say "OK" and the next night somebody else from Hope House calls. I have asked them to take me off their call list about 10 times now and they still call me. I don't want to be rude or mean because they are always really nice when they call but I can't take it anymore.

I've done this and it works. just a little bit though and you put it in the grounds before it brews. I used regular table salt when I did it. We like Folgers because it doesn't have a crappy aftertaste like some other brands. Also a mild roast has less of a bitter after taste to it.

I am Catholic. I was raised Catholic and then left the church in my late teens/early 20's. When we moved down to GA, I went back to being Catholic. What didn't make sense to me/appeal to me about the Catholic church when I was younger makes perfect sense to me now and I'm happy with the church and it's where I want to be. We have moved to different Catholic churches in order to find the perfect fit for our family. My son is a young adult with autism. I'm not sure he would take a med that helps with autism. He has learned techniques on his own to help himself. That's just him - he's not in to medication in any way, shape or form. It would be great to find a cure for autism though, wouldn't it?!

We stay way out - almost in Laguna Beach. Much quieter and no where near as much traffic.

Talking helps but real help came to me in the form of meds. Depression is a chemical imbalance in your brain and head meds helped re-balance me. I took meds until I felt like the "cloud" over my head was gone and then I stopped and went to therapy for a while. I will not hesitate to go back on meds again if I feel the cloud come down again. That is what depression feels like to me - a dark cloud that is over my head and gets closer and closer. I hate that feeling and won't put up with it again. My husband knocked a nest out of the eaves with the garden hose Sunday night but they have to go somewhere and I'm sure they just moved under our porch or some other convenient spot. The striped bees or wasps seem to be more aggressive than the plain black hornets/wasps. I hate all of them. I think we will call our bug guy and see what he can do. There are just too many of them. I didn't know that! In that case, I'm glad we have so many around! Everyone my husband works with told him to pour gas on the nests. Not sure I want to do that since most of the nests are in and around plants that I want t keep. Gas. Poured in my yard. I don't think we will be doing that. We might resort to this if they get any worse! Cracks me up!

Gross! At least the birds are eating them.
