Sorry to be slow replying, had a busy day. This was at the Hiram location, we saw the car with someone in it last night around 8:30.

My son was 6 weeks old and they had to draw blood and they did it the same way they do adults, we just had to hold his arm. Granted that has been many, many years ago now, but that is how they did it. It only takes a few seconds and it is over.

I love our Honda! We have a Civic EX and it is 5 years old and yes, paid for. Still gets GREAT gas mileage and my son is still driving our 1997 Honda Civic EX with over 300k miles. He has done a few things to it, but it still gets good gas mileage too! My daughter purchased a new Honda Accord (leather w/seat warmers, phone hooks up to the stereo system, loaded) and loves it too! I cannot recommend Honda enough!

My daughter told me and we happened to be there yesterday. Saw a situation that looked like it fit the bill but was not sure. Sorry if this has already been asked, my work has had me wide open since July. Bruce

Too often people do not seek help with depression and suffer for many years because of the stigma attached to it...which is silly. Having depression and taking mes for it is no different than needing insulin for a diabetic or BP meds for high blood pressure. Many often suffer in silence and no one knows until it is too late. It is a very real illness and yes, it is also a physical one manifested by the depression. Why people want details of a suicide is beyond me. It is hard enough for the families to deal with, much less having it spread all over a website.

Coffee...when I was pregnant with my first child, I didn't drink coffee, but would make it just for the smell! MMMM... You are right CC...life is much better taking time to enjoy the small things and stay positive! I think God put me through my feet and back problems so that I could appreciate my life the way I should. Great poll and post!

My school was and still is very rough, in recent years they have had many attempts and some successes. Most have been due to bullying and in many cases they bullies then moved on to siblings or relatives. I was fortunate that I fought well and had two older brothers. Dealing with the aggressors parents was no help as in most cases the parents were just as bad or worse. After HS we had a few more, when you grow up in the hood and feel boxed in with no way out death does no feel so bad. I know some will say pull your head out etc.. but it is easy to grow up behind a white picket fence and

If not for the kids and grandprincess we would not have it. When we had the store Heusein(sp?) at Grand's got the box and digital antenna, it was very clear and worked well. Bruce

I have had it since age 11, I am 43 now with some signs of wear. I have a slightly enlarged heart and 3/4 of a kidney that is leaking protein. I will tell you what a doc told me when I was 19 and let things get out of hand. The way you live your life in your 20's will make a huge difference in your 50's and 60's. High BP beats up your organs when left uncontrolled. If you want to see a great cardiologist I see one at Emory that still teaches and does research, he is great. Please feel free to PM me for more info.

Our property value dropped $40k. I think it went down by about $131.00. PS...most mortgage companies pull the tax bills electronically, I know ours does.

We like Dr. Penney in Dallas by the Ingle's shopping center. He takes walk ins from 4pm-7pm I believe. He does take medical insurance as well.

We both LOVE Dr. Tharpe as well! He is awesome! We have been going to him for over 12 years. Highly recommend him!

We found nice jeans (no holes) at Hollister...$29.99 per pair. We went ahead and got 2 of them.

I think all of us will remember 9/11 and all the people who lost their lives, the families of the lost, the men and women who tried to save them. I will always remember exactly where I was that morning and sitting on the 48th floor of a building and my boss telling me to get out of there. I always call him on this day...I don't think any of us will EVER FORGET. Thank you for posting the link. It was very moving. Let us all not forget all the men and women who have died defending our Country from this ever happening again. Scarlet

Bruce and I went to see Lisa on Sunday and she is doing incredibly well! It turned out that they amputated her legs not far above the ankle and one of her arms she was able to keep the elbow. She is in very good spirits even knowing the long road ahead of physical therapy, etc. She was smiling and happy to see us. She is on a regular diet now which is awesome! They are moving her to Warm Springs sometime this week or next week for physical therapy. I do not know how long she will be there, but it is an excellent facility. I will be visiting her often as my parents are only about 20 miles

She is just beautiful! What a sweet birthday cake and accessories! Stop by and see me sometime, you know where I live! Scarlet

Our youngest son did this and had a broken wrist. They were shocked he wasn't screaming with pain, but he has a high pain tolerance. Take him to the ER. It could be a lot worse if you wait. Also the Immediate Med across from Las Palmos in Hiram are great. They diagnosed him earlier this year with a broken collar bone and arm. He went the following Monday to see a specialist to make sure everything was fine, which it was. Better safe than sorry.

I've always loved Jennifer Gray (from Dirty Dancing). She looks a lot different now...hard to recognize her. I am not a fan of "The Hoff". Bruce isn't a fan and there is usually something else on that we watch...might have to watch it this year!
