You need your own attorney for sure. They will negotiate to get you more money and you need to thoroughly understand the easement and access.

In 95 I worked for AEG Olympia owned by the Germans, they sold it to the Koreans. They closed all computer, copier, network sales & repair centers or sold them. They only wanted Olympia for their typewriter factories and distribution.

It was reported this morning on the news that Gov. Deal will not stop the sales tax of .03. Also, the cheapest gas I have found this week is at Sam's Club. On Monday I paid $4.75 at Grand's on 92/Hiram Sudie Road. That afternoon, I went to Sam's and it was $4.70. So they see to be the cheapest I have seen this week. Just thought I would pass that on. I agree. I will be watching it as well. Princess Diana was a year older than I was when she wed Charles. I got up at 5am to watch it. It is something that only happens like every 30 years or so. It will be a part of history not to mention a lovely wedding that little girls dream of having. I find them to be lovely couple who seem deeply in love. So that is the appeal for me. JMHO. Scarlet

Washington State Carpetbagger's Moving To South Carolina

Perhaps because they are getting beat out time after time by international competition. What is also not mentioned is cost of living differentials. I often have students with offers from high cost of living areas, they may make $100k in NYC and $75k in Atl, if you factor cost of living the Atl job is a better deal. Bruce -
Yes will do this evening. thanks so much, bruce

That is what I was thinking, I will have her give me what is allowed then have her write checks to the contractor.

It is 15k so 12,500 would be fine then she could do the rest to my kids. Such a relief, since Scarlet's surgery went bad in 2006 things have been tight and my deck in so unsafe we don't use it. Keeping my fingers crossed that all goes well with the closing. Bruce

I remember years back parents could give their kids $10,000 per year tax free, is that still the case? My Mom is selling some property and wants to give us more than 10,000 to do much needed upkeep on our house. I am not sure if I should have her give me 10,000 and anything over pay to those doing the work or if I can take the whole amount at once. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! Bruce

You were not here in the 90's then. The news etc... was all over the fact that most houses built at the time were not inspected. So many things I see happen here are called profiteering in other states and charges are filed, Georgia calls it the good old boy network. Bruce -
Too wordy for an info ad. Shorten it and use bullet points, hour and location should be in one line. Look forward to buying fresh veggies again! bruce

I would go out of my mind if I had to spend 39 days with Philip! It is obvious he is crazy. I like Rob, though I don't think he would win even if he got down to the final 2 (or 3)...the jury won't vote for him regardless of how well he played the game...after all, his wife already won. You have to give him credit though, he is very good at manipulating everyone to do what he wants. My favorite to win though is Matt. I hope he gets back in the game and convinces everyone to vote Rob off. Rob was so stupid to hold the grudge for Matt because he congratulated the other team...that is just w

I saw 2 people pulled over in Hiram on 278 yesterday as well. They were Hiram Police Officers. I learned my lesson 20 years ago when I received my 3rd ticket in 2 years. No tickets for anything since. The kids say I drive like an old lady because I don't speed! lol Be careful out there everyone! Smh

She was in a great mood today and very talkative. She even admitted that people don't always understand her and say she is mean. I asked her "So, you are an acquired taste then?" And she laughed and said "Yes!". I told her that was what made her special to all of us. I'm glad we were there and had lunch with her. I have never had the opportunity to sit down and just talk to her. She has had a long life, very full and starting work at 9years old, she told me so many things about her life. She is a very enteresting and strong willed woman...if she wasn't she probably wouldn't be here. She talke

It was a really nice visit with her. We are all doing well. My feet and back have been a real issue over the last year. I haven't made any soap since Dec of 2009 and can't do a lot of . Just can't do it anymore...so I read a lot these days! Bruce's kidney is not so great. He is in Stage 3 Renal Failure. He is fatigued and sick in the mornings a lot, but doing ok. We go back to the specialist in a few weeks. Not complaining, life could certainly be a lot worse! As for our furry pets, Geraldine, Whiney (one of the 10 puppies she had in 2009)and Brewster are all doing fine. Our Tabby Ca

Just thought I would give everyone an update on Miss Jesse. We were in Zaxby's and she came in to get some ice water and I said hello to her and Bruce asked her to have lunch with us. We spent about 45 minutes with her. She is doing very well, such a character she is! She is going to dialysis in Dallas instead of Douglasville which makes it easier on her. She goes on Monday and Friday for her dialysis. She certainly doesn't let it keep her down! Anyway, we had a nice long visit with her and I thought I would let everyone know how good she is. Scarlet

Very easy to do but the problem is with most computer parts once opened they can't be returned or have a re-stocking fee. I have been doing computers almost 20 years and very often it takes out more then the power supply. In the end you will save money by using one of the computer folks on here as they will know how to test it and isolate the problems or problems. Trouble shooting by parts swapping gets expensive fast. Bruce

There was a Russian scientist in the 50's that claimed oil was a product produced by the earth as lubrication for the plates. It was quickly discarded, if you believe him it is because that would make oil reserves more plentiful and prices would drop. Bruce

So sorry to hear this. Love knows not the boundaries of souls separated, I pray for your healing until the time comes that your souls reunite. Bruce -
I see a lot of price ranges on the Roomba and ideas or input? I see one for about $349 that is for homes with pets, has a sweeper and extra capacity. The main thing is Scarlet's back is very bad right now and even sweeping is an issue. We have all hardwood or linoleum throughout and the dogs track so much in you could sweep 3-4 per day easily. I try to help but with working, being tired from being in stage 3 renal failure and 2 herniated disks myself it is tough. I hate to spend so much on a vac but need to do something. Any feedback is greatly appreciated Thanks to all in advance,
