Ours was 117 in May, $211 in June and $207 for this cycle due this month. We keep the thermostat on 74 at night and 75 during the day. We LOVE our Train HVAC!!! It is 3 years old and our power bill is 1/2 of what it was prior to getting it. Good investment and we used Ragsdale Heating and Air. Great customer service! We also had new windows installed a couple of years before that and it helped a lot too. We have double pain, double hung windows (they open inside to clean them) and the windows also block the harmful sun rays...AND heavy duty shades. All together it makes a huge differen

You can get mesh bags at WalMart for $.50 each. I have some shopping bags that are large and I am thinking of grabbing a couple at W/mart each time I go and then I not only won't have to use plastic or paper bags but will be ready if and when the ban them. It really just makes sense to use shopping bags instead of the plastic/paper bags. BTW...Anyone seen the new SunChip Bags? they are biodegradable now and can be used in compost bins!

Lemongrass Essential Oil is an excellent mosquito repellent and works GREAT! I have customers who use it all the time and it is safe for children. pm me if you have any questions about where to get it.

Yep, It has long been known in the Legal Field that an Attorney representing him or herself has the worst client. I can say that after working for attorneys for 20 years. 9 times out of 10, they will get another attorney in a specific field to represent them in any litigation.

Where are the cheapest local places to buy cigarettes?
BH87 replied to November Rain's topic in RECENT TOPICS
DH and kids just got back from Upstate NY and cigarettes are over $10/pack w/tax. -
There are some great seafood places on the south end at Murtle's Inlett (or Murrell's Inlet...can't remember) (sp?). Inexpensive and great food, fresh and right on the water! Have fun! My daughter and family are leaving on Monday morning to go to Myrtle Beach as well. Have a great time!

The old saying remains: "The only different between Men and boys is the size of their toys!" Not a bad thing, just a true one!

Just got back from Sam's and the paper guy is at the corner of Home Depot Drive and Rosedale like he always is. It is the 4-way stop behind Home Depot. Traffic wasn't bad at all at main Street and 92 when I went through about 10 minutes ago. Hope that helps.

I was driving home from getting groceries last night and had weathered the storm in the store. As I turned on Hiram Sudie, I saw a large tree that had fallen across the road and took out power lines. I got home about 7:30, had left the dogs out not knowing it was going to rain (they were happy to see me holding towels to dry them, all 3 of them)and decided to just lay down and wait it out (after considering going to a movie). So it was around 8pm and the dogs all dry got up on the bed and we slept until 11pm when the power came back on. I got up, turned out all the lights and we all went back

Pat is an AWESOME Lady! I always enjoy visiting with her. The shop is beautiful and she has a lot to offer...not just tuxes and dresses, but purses and of course Alterations! Whether your "Pubby Buck" wins or not there, you will not be disappointed.

I'm not sure, but at the most, minimum wage, but I think it is less than that. It has been 12 years since he had the 2nd job, so it's been a while. He said once that the check he received was something like $50something a week and he made his money on tips.

Bruce used to deliver pizza...We always tip at least $5.00 or more. It's no different than going out to eat and tipping a server. They make their money on their tips and people who deliver pizza have gas to pay for out of their own $$.

Very true...it is better for the soul to forgive and move on. People aren't perfect, we all make our mistakes and try to learn from them. I try very hard to stay positive and by doing so, my life is much easier and I enjoy it each day the fullest.

You have great prices on alterations Pat! A few years ago my daughter was planning a wedding and I purchased a beautiful dress for the wedding. I got it in Buckhead and it was expensive, they charged me $75 just to HEM the dress! Hope you are staying busy! I'll stop by with Shelby soon! Scarlet -
Hiram always does their fireworks on the Saturday prior to the 4th...Last year we had a great view from Hiram Sudie/Hwy 92 (Now Pat's Apparel). Since Bruce is going to be in NY with his family, I'm either going to go to SunValley or with my son to a friend's house for a cook out..not sure which one yet. Even if I'm home with the animals watching a movie, I'll be happy!

When I was on the road doing computer work I carried cans of air with me all the time. I would re-stock my car on Friday so I had a full can in a tool bag near by rear window in a hatchback. It blew the tool bag apart and blew the window out of the hatchback. I was in my backyard and it sounded like a quarter stick going off. Bruce

Perhaps her other car is a stick and she was just trying to shift.

I grew up with a second family that has a long a honorable military history. The Dad was a c130 pilot in Nam, later in his career he made the antarctic flights and now is retired from the AF living in Altus OK. An uncle was a helicopter in Nam and their uncle an ACE in WWII and many sons have gone on to the military life and became officers. Even the grandmother got in on the action, in her recent obit they spoke of her service as a volunteer sky watcher as their property bordered a drinking water facility. It was my dream to serve and did get to do the Sea Cadets in the late 70's but due to h

The big advantage to AT&T is the internet search, if you can do your own SEO to get picked up if someone searches your area and product then either. Bruce
