I ran over mine with a steal canister vacuum cleaner. It really hurts! I see someone already said to put the cold in a towel and don't put it directly on your skin. I agree. It took a while for mine to heal! Good luck.

Sort of the same thing happened to my son. Only he wasn't on the go-kart. He cranked it, it took off and forced itself under my car. What a pain! Tore up my car! At least he didn't get hurt and I am glad you didn't also!

I put it in the same place you do, I use a pencil. Before I use it I touch it to a hot surface, such as a hot curling iron. If you do this be sure to use the pencil lightly. It goes on much heavier when it is hot, but it does seem to last much longer.

Stew meat, (boiled and then simmered for a couple of hours in water), add frozen lima beans about the last 30 minutes. Drain, pour in large can of tomato juice, diced potatoes, carrots, canned black-eyed peas and canned corn (use a crisp corn). Add 1/2 stick margarine, salt, pepper and any other spice you like. Simmer for a couple of hours. You might want to put in the potatoes later so they don't get mushy. You can add chicken bouillon or something to cut down on the tomato taste. I usually cook the carrots and potatoes separately and add the last 20 minutes or so.

You can also fix the meatballs in Barbecue Sauce instead of Salsa - 1 jar barbecue sauce and 3/4 cup grape jelly. I don't like salsa so I use the barbecue sauce.

My son converted his pool this past summer. He and his wife love it. They say they will never have anything but salt water from now on, they are about to sell their house, and if they ever have another pool it will be salt water.

I am right there with you. I even had an emotional tie to it. All my family, mom, dad and etc. went there with us to celebrate after the high school graduation of each of my four kids.
