  1. contact Fotogirl on here. I've had some shots done and she shot my parents wedding anniversary. She does a good job and is fairly inexpensive.
  2. I grew up in a church where you were not allowed to wear pants, I went to a school where we were not allowed to wear pants. I have dressed up to go to church and I have worn shorts and flip-flops. I don't think that God is any less pleased with my worship if I am not "dressed up" for church. Isn't it said that Man looks on the outward appearance, but God looks on the heart. If a homeless person came to church in dirty clothes, would you look down on him/her? The church should be a place you can come no matter what you look like and be loved. Jesus himself hung out with the lowest of low
  3. I voted at Moses Middle and waited 1.5 hours. I didn't mind though. I did find out that they only had 7 voting machines and 17 voting cards, so we were having to wait on the cards to be used and handed back in. Surely there are more cards and voting machines that could be put at the voting precincts! Anyway, I am glad we have the right to vote in this country and whether you vote early or on Election day it is a privilege to vote!
  4. Publix Southern Potato Salad (the one with the egg and potato on the package) is just like home made to me.. I hate the stuff you buy at Kroger or Sams. They have a great Baked Potato Potato Salad also. Costco has a great baked potato potato salad as well.

  8. Trick or Treat Village on Saturday, Church on Sunday and hanging with my family
  9. We've stayed at Pop Century, the Contemporary and the Floridian. Floridian is the FAVE of my family. Expensive, but worth it!
  10. I think that I went to church with her years ago. So sad, so young to pass.
  11. we went 2 weeks ago and it is amazing! They were wrangling all of the male deer because it was mating season and they get aggressive, but the females would walk right up to you. It is so much fun. you can bring in your own food to feed the animals, items such as carrots, celery, apples, peanuts in the shell, crackers, animal crackers. They sell the items there at the ranch, but it is cheaper to bring your own. They also have vending machines along the way that you can buy feed. I think it was $5.00 for 12 and up, I can't remember the cost for under 12. It is well worth the drive
  12. The Strawberry Cake is to die for!
  13. We went to the Yellow River Game Ranch today and it was amazing. If you haven't been, you need to go. The animals eat right out of your hand and the squirrles and chipmonks come right up and take peanuts out of your hand. Worth the drive to Stone Mountain!
  14. You will love him. He is very soft spoken and truly concerned with your health. I'm done with babies and he is wonderful!
  15. Dr. Phillips is AMAZING! I have gone to him for years. He delivered my daughter and best of all, he has small hands :)

  17. I am so glad she is gone. I'm with Mrs. JR though, there are many people that I know that would have loved to watch her die rather than her taking her own life.. Oh poor poor Lynn, had so much guilt she couldn't take it! Whatever!
  18. I can only imagine Mrs. JR!!!! You and Twinsister were probably laughing so hard you couldn't see straight.. Probably like the mouse incident at work! You are alweays into something!
  19. This is why I started the thread! I love it that it causes so much grief.. Halloween is Halloween, Christmas is Christmas, Do we celebrate Christmas on a Saturday when it falls on a Sunday??? NOOOOO... I am a Christian and Halloween is one of my favorite holidays! When else to you get to dress up and beg for candy????
