The East/Hiram game was a wild ride.....at one point the score was 35 East and 30 Hiram. East had several turnovers and Hiram capitalized. East also had 3 or 4 touchdowns called back because of penalties. However, in the end we were victorious!

I was substitute teaching at Hiram High School and remember another teacher telling me what happened. I was on my planning period so we gathered around the computer to watch the tragedy unfold. As the news spread the teachers and students were in shock and the school was very quiet. Many parents rushed to pick up their students to just hold them. All activities were cancelled that day. On his Facebook, he is in a picture with Paulette Braddock.....that explains it all! On a serious note.....it appears he is a disabled vet. He may have suffered an injury or Post Traumatic Stress that may explain his behavior. We should be mindful of that.....

I just learned of this meteor shower today. My hubby and I have been outside watching and it is amazing! And....the weather is perfect for stargazing. If you're still up, take a look. It will also be "showering" tomorrow night. Fun!!

I don't care for Bill Heath but have you ever met Bill Carruth? Were you around when he was commissioner? I encourage folks to talk to him about the issues. I agree.....if ANYONE would bother to have even a short conversation with Braddock they would soon see she is NOT qualified to be our representative. I have said before, I worked side by side with her and she is NOT competent! I am baffled as to how she won by such a large margin!
