  1. Praying for Spencer and the entire family.
  2. I lost my Mom to breast cancer but have always complained about the fact that breast cancer awareness (PINK) is what you hear about and see the most. I head the Relay for LIfe Team at my school and sell beaded bracelets that represent awareness for all types of cancer. Thanks for making us aware of brain tumor awareness. I will continue to pray for your son and your family.
  3. Ignore them! Don't you know by now that anything goes with some of these people?? Read the blogpost I posted. They are out there but there is a recall in place, however, some people like to show their stuff. I prefer they keep it at home.....
  4. I couldn't get the newslink to post but this is from a fashion blog. The newslink states that some Lulemon yoga wear is being recalled for being too sheer......indecent exposure. Thursday, March 21, 2013 If Rossen Had Reported: Are Your Lululemons Revealing Too Much? "A warning about your yoga pants: A new study shows that your $100 Lululemons may not be buying you 100 percent coverage. That new study out Wednesday morning shows an alarming increase in the number of down dogs becoming obscene, nearly bare asses being revealed by shoddily made, yet insanely priced workout-wear.
  5. Crocs, eyeshadow, and socks with sandals aren't considered indecent exposure....
  6. Prayers for you, your family and your precious son!
  7. I graduated in 1979 and honestly don't remember watching any movies, however, I did got to The Alliance Theatre to see The Diary of Anne Frank and we saw Othello, starring a young actor by the name of Richard Dreyfuss. It was AWESOME!! When I returned to college five years ago my history professor showed us, Night and Fog, I remember sobbing as I watched that movie. Oh the horrors of the Holocaust....sickening!
  8. Am I the only one confused by this???
  9. Praying for sweet little Tripp....he and his family have endured so much. Bless their hearts!
  10. Blondie, It really made my heart sad.....I saw the Google Doodle last night and absolutely couldn't believe it. I truly have no idea why I'm shocked by anything anymore. Happy Easter to you and your family. I started cooking a big dinner yesterday and got really sick during the night. I will not be able to see family today but I do rest assured that MY GOD is alive and well!! Oh, and your duckies and the duckie pic always make me smile. Thanks!
  11. I'm just now posting but hubby and I were coming home around 6ish. We were on Cleburne Pkwy around Angham Road and the wind began to blow very hard. It was really frightening and then we saw a tree faliing to our right. Debris was flying everywhere and we could smell fresh pine. It was one of the most frightening things I've experienced in a while. I'm not sure how much damage in that area but it was brutal.
  12. And what exactly does he represent? I truly want to know. I just don't understand.
  13. I truly do respect all religions, however, I don't understand how people can hold one man in such high regard. It doesn't make sense to me. He is just a man....
  14. It is my opinion that it was not necessary for these police officers to speed across a busy parking lot, and yes, I was there. If you believe otherwise then so be it.
  15. Okay, you win.....have a good evening.
  16. No speculation here.....I saw the incident and I still don't believe these guys needed to put people at risk by flying across the parking lot as they did. JMHO
  17. My guess would be family members or state custody......so sad.
  18. Point taken, it was just very scary watching these guys zoom across the parking lot full speed.
  19. It was two female shoplifters with a baby.....so sad. And yes, FIVE Hiram Police cars show up, they sped through the parking lot putting many people at risk, one almost caused a wreck wheeling in the front entrance. I appreciate law enforcement but can you say OVERZEALOUS! There was really NO need to put other peoples lives at risk to arrest these two shoplifters.
  20. My hubby and I went to Ross last night and bought a coffeemaker for my Dad. The cashier was a sweet lady that seemed cold and tired, she said coffee sounded good as she had to work until late and drive all the way to Yorkville after that. When we left we went and bought her a large cup of DD coffee. You would have thought we gave her a million bucks. It felt good to make someone else happy!
  21. You are messed up!! Glad the kitty is okay...
  22. I used MOM's PC Repair in Hiram a few weeks ago to rid my computer of a virus. He did a great job and only charged $79.00. He was a really nice guy as well.
  23. While I am an optimist and I do care about he overall economy, right now, all I care about is my husband and I recovering from him losing three jobs, losing a home (due to job loss and Countrywide debaucle) and numberous other setbacks. We take three steps forward and two steps back. Right now, gas prices are killing our budget. I'm glad former member can travel, send her kiddos to private school, and eat ten course meals. As for me, we are just trying to survive this mess.....

    RIP Sandy

14 1/2 years ago we adopted a precious pup from the Paulding Animal Shelter. She has been well until this past weekend and became very ill. The vet discovered a large mass in her stomach. They weren't sure she could survive a surgery and her health declined quickly. Today we lost her and it was the most heart wrenching thing I have ever expereinced besides the death of my dear Mom. I will miss my lttle sidekick. She was a loyal friend that loved uncondionally. RIP my dear furry friend, I will miss you like crazy!
