It's also because people wear sunblock every day. Too much and the overuse of anything is a bad thing. Same here .. just one multivitamin a day. I get my levels checked out yearly and I am good to go This coming from vegans

Please be extremely cautious on this diet. Do your research .. it made my son extremely ill and others have died. Please do your research. Yup high fiber .. fruits and veggies .. working out .. can't get around it .. and remain healthy anyway. Skinny doesn't = healthy.

My son did Ramen one day and forgot to put in the water It smelled for weeks, but with daily wipe downs with vinegar .. it went away.

We stayed in ( as we always do ) and enjoyed the blue moon. Spent time with our kids and just relaxed.

Honestly, for me it's different everyday. Some days, I don't get on at all. Others, if I'm sick or it's just nasty outside, A good amount of time. I would rather be outside anyday or doing something, other than sitting at a puter. However, somedays I have to do my teachers day work, or I just have nothing else to do ( which is rare ) but it happens

We took it ALL down today. After Christmas, I just get very excited. I get excited for the new year that is coming. I get in the mood to spring clean Out with the old and in with the new. We have a mountain of stuff in our garage that is ready to be donated

My doggy growing up had arthritis. We gave her a baby aspirin and a heating pad. She would be SO much happier. I hope your baby is feeling better soon.

It's sad that people feel like they have no other choice. And at times they don't .. survival can be a very hard thing I believe that " most " people would much rather be doing something else, than stealing. It's just very sad.

I try to not buy gifts that require batteries. If I can't get around it, I go for rechargeables. We did allot of board games, puzzles, books .. handmade gifts this year. The batteries do cost more than the toy, and then fill our landfills ... not something I like supporting.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery ... I have no regrets and no goals .. I take life one day at a time and truly appreciate all that I have.
