Actually home remedies do work. We had an infestation 3 years ago. We bombed the house, we didn't lose the fleas, but we did lose a kitty =( Anyway, 3 years later with 4 dogs and 5 cats .. we haven't seen a flea .. not one. We only use safe, home remedies. They do work

Because it doesn't work and it leaves harmful chemicals behind .. which your children and animals can be harmed by. Salt or borax on the carpet .. and original dawn dish soap for washing. Vacuum often and make sure you empty it out, outside.

It depends on the day that you go. You can check their calendar on their website. As far as Monday's go, they are crowded during the summer or when school is out. While school is in, not crowded at all Also skate rental on Monday's is only $1.

Yup yup, misery loves company .. glad he didn't see her .. and let her ruin his day and bring him down to her level.

Exactly! My kids played in the dirt .. and they are all healthy today. Put your kids or yourself in a bubble and you might as well live in one. No thanks .. Also the chemicals in some of the cleaners we use are FAR worse than the germs. But whatever, people will do what they will.

I'm an itty bitty lady and I buy ALLOT of food when I go shopping. Anyway, believe it or not .. for me .. the carts are easier to pull when they are heavy. I'm not sure why, but they are .. for me anyway. and please no snapping .. I love my happy days and nobody likes it when I have to get snappy.

Our dishwasher broke down a few months ago. We had to hand wash dishes for a week and I LOVED it Hubby fixed it, but I told him as soon as it dies on us, we're not buying another one. We do make our own laundry detergent, bread, refried beans, cereal, Jelly, Peanut butter, Tortillas, Pretzels, shampoos, soaps, and household cleaners. I haven't mastered Icecream yet, but I'm working on it. I do love hanging out my clothes to dry. I do it as often as possible. However, with as much laundry as I do daily, it's too time consuming to do it every time.

Ours is actually lower this summer, compared to last.

Me either, it has gelatin in it, which comes from the bones of animals Even my kids refuse to eat it.

We've lived across the street from one for 8 years now. He's kept to himself, hasn't bothered anyone. The kids use the buddy system and we're as cautious as we can be, without going overboard about it.I think I'm more concerned about the ones that aren't on the list and the ones that we don't know about. Either way, we take the same precautions. That way, it doesn't matter if one is across the street or not, we are prepared.

LOL .. we don't have them simply because I don't think I have enough room on my back window I don't mind them, I think they are cute, I'm usually too distracted talking to my kids or singing away while driving to really have an opinion about them.

Yup, and once they realize what's happened, they'll kill the woman.

Ya know, I babysat a little 8 year old girl back when I was a teenager. The first thing she asked me was, " do you want to see my daddy's movies " She knew more than I did. Back when my oldest daughter went to public school, she had a sleepover one night. This cute little girl came over, and yeah she gave my daughter an education. She also wasn't exactly raised properly. Thing is, even if you don't allow your kids to watch rated R movies, curse, drink, do drugs .. other crappy parents do. Kids learn from their peers. Birds of a feather flock together. And if you don't educate your child, th -
As long as people are talking about her, she's making money .. just keep oiling that machine

We haven't been to a McDonald's or any fast food restaurant in years .. but yup, can't blame the parents .. it's never their fault.

Do something about it or mind your own business. Gossiping about your neighbors isn't nice and it's not something you would want done to you. Whoever gossips to you will gossip about you. ~Spanish Proverb

Can still wear it ? I agree it hasn't been confirmed. However, I'm not holding my breathe on the FDA to admit anything. I'll stick with baking soda and cornstarch. Just remember your skin is an organ and it absorbs everything that you put on it. Especially since we women shave our armpits .. if there's a cut or nic .. the chemicals from the deodorant go right on in. Just something to think about.

Ours went haywire a few years ago. It ended up being the thermostat. I hope that's not the case for you. I hope you get it fixed soon.

My 14 year old son is going through the same thing. I tried to put in a pony tail last week .. he ran from me

I use a mixture of baking soda and cornstarch. I use a big makeup brush to put in on after I shower. I don't use store bought deodorant .. the aluminum in it has been linked to breast cancer. Just a fyi. and no, it doesn't get anything on my clothes

The juice is certainly helpful .. however, it's more helpful as a preventative. It keeps the bacteria from hanging around. Once you have the infection, it helps, but not as much. I take the pills personally, it's easier for me.
