As I wrote, one may drive in the U.S. provided he/she doesn't meet the RESIDENCY requirements for that state. For example, in Georgia, a foreign tourist may drive on his/her valid foreign license for up to one year. OTOH, if someone enters the U.S. to work here, he/she is considered a resident of Georgia and is required to obtain a GA license within 30 days. It's possible the person on the show should have gotten a license in PA due to his immigration status and had failed to do so - since he apparently owned a car, I think that's quite likely.

I've been with AAA since 1987, have NO complaints and MANY reasons to praise their services. I'd be curious to know the nature of your problem, since the experiences of the other AAA members who posted were so positive.

I think the primary issue for the OP is that the deceased was carried out of the house in this fashion. If it wasn't possible for a gurney/stretcher to be taken all the way to where the body lay, those who were removing him/her could have asked the family to move to another area of the house, then carried the body to the gurney. To just lug someone out of the house in the way described is unprofessional and disrespectful, whether anyone was there to see it or not.

Those who are truly "motivated" will find a way to continue their educations. They may choose to work and *earn* the money they need to pay for school. When did paying as you go, as opposed to having the money handed to you or getting a loan, become such a radical notion? Higher education, like health care, is NOT an entitlement.
