Love my Kenmore!

The only thing that makes me mad is the fact that I didn't get one of the Puss in Boots glasses before they pulled 'em.

Did you see this? http://paulding.com/forum/index.php?/topic/245981-horse-festival-auction-in-dville-saturday/page__view__findpost__p__3177525

I love my Gargoyles!

What happened to your idea of getting married on a farm or in a pasture?

As long as you're unwilling to have a transplant, or to accept a transplant to save the life of one of your children, that's fine with me.

Just make sure you've prepaid your funeral expenses and you're good to (ahem) go.

Help! Does anyone work on riding mowers?

Definitely give Subby a call! -
I'd go to the cruise line's website and see if they have a FAQ page that addresses this. A boilerplate medical release may or may not work - better safe than sorry.

And apparently the mother is more concerned over the *cost* than over the child's health. From the story I saw on TV a few days ago, children who smoke aren't that uncommon in Indonesia. I hope they're prepared for the rise in health care costs when all those kids start having problems ....

Thanks. It's been an ... *interesting* year so far.

Thanks for the info/opinions.

If you don't know or don't trust your neighbors to look out for your dog, ask your veteranarian how much he/she charges for boarding. Then there's Wendy's Pet Sitting, a commerce member on here, and Royal Pet Resort in Hiram.

Having recently enjoyed (ahem) a momentous birthday, I received an invitation to join AARP. I really don't know much about them, and am trying to figure out if it's worth the $16 bucks a year to join. And while $16 isn't a big chunk of change, I'd just as soon not waste it. Any opinions or experiences, positive or negative, would be welcomed. Thanks!

Eym_Sirius, were you abused as a child? I don't expect an answer, but your comments in this thread REALLY indicate that this issue pushes some big buttons for you. When you introduce the phrase "homo-erotic thrill" into a thread that started out about corporal punishment for misbehavior, it looks as if something is going on with *you*. No accusations, just an observation.

Yikes! I'm afraid you may find that most boarding facilities aren't answering the phone today due to the holiday. It might not be ideal, but does Petsmart offer boarding? Have you tried to reach your veteranarian?

I *promise* you that any of my parents' friends would have had their blessing if I had done something that merited punishment, up to and including spanking. My parents always believed that punishment delivered *immediately* was more effective than anything administered later. OTOH, if you and your husband don't curse in front of your children, I'd have been a bit upset by that.

(770) 505-1666 If this is the one you already have, you could try Royal Pet Resort on Hwy. 92 in Hiram: 770-439-4364.

Same here.

Oh, you never run during a stress test. They change the speed of the belt a little and they change the incline, but that's it. A normal person would probably get a little winded. I'm far from normal.

Amateur. I went two minutes and PASSED OUT.

Eh. I never heard Lee sing anything that sounded great. He had some 'all right' moments, but nothing that gave me goosebumps the way Crystal did several times this season. Oh, well - I suspect Lee needed the win more than Crystal did. I just hope this enables her to have the career SHE wants.

Hmm - customarily, the body wouldn't be disfigured by organ harvesting. The surgeons who remove the organs *do* suture their incisions. If the family consented to skin and/or tissue donation, it's possible that *that* would have been visible ....

No, he sounded like that all season.
