I never had a problem with the staff there. I always found them nice and helpful. Admittedly, we didn't go there often. Maybe 2-3 times per year.

I love the holidays and am looking forward to all of it. I think Thanksgiving is my favorite. Just gathering with no expectations. I cook tons of food and am usually exhausted, but it's wonderful!

Actually, I'd check out IRS.gov. They have specific guidelines for who may claim a child. Their guidelines actually supersede a divorce agreement. However, (warning) if you BOTH claim the same child it will flag both returns and you'll have to prove that you provided his home for the 12 months. On the other hand, you could file quickly and have her return kicked back. The IRS gets a little touchy about lawyers nosing around in their business and they actually prefer that divorce attorneys stay out of the tax business (although it will still appear in agreements from time to time).
